My goal is to show others that the gym has more to offer than a treadmill and that a great physique does need to built through endless hours of cardio, or by cutting carbs & Prosecco /beer.
I want to help others build their confidence and knowledge to try different things.
I really do understand what it's like to feel intimidated and uncomfortable in the gym or how it feels to be unsure if your technique or form is right. Nobody wants to feel as though they are doing something wrong.
I spent most of my fitness career being a cardio and class bunny - I tried every class and like most women thought the secret to a good body was cardio until 4 years ago. I aspired to get a body like a fitness model/ bikini competitor .
I stepped in the weights room summer '14 , had absolutely no idea what I was doing . I found it very daunting and intimidating .
