My approach to PT is rooted in functional fitness—to build strength, increase mobility, and boost confidence. I help clients achieve their goals and develop a drive to pursue new ones. Before AF, I worked as a writer and editor helping people tell their stories. I wanted to integrate movement and wellness into those stories. I completed 2 years in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness program at Mohawk College, studying nutrition, anatomy, biomechanics, exercise physiology, resistance training, program design, injury management, and more. I bring experience training older adults with osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, working with spinal cord injuries and multiple sclerosis to maintain mobility, flexibility, and strength. Work with me to discover new challenges and reach your goals!

I grew up immersed in sports like hockey and rugby, loving the energy and challenge. When that ended, I felt lost—until I discovered the gym. Strength training and powerlifting gave me a new purpose, helping me stay strong both physically and mentally. That passion led me to place in the top 10 at the 2025 Canadian National Powerlifting Championship. Now, as a personal trainer and national-level athlete, I love assisting others in discovering the joy of fitness and getting to a healthier place, exactly as I did myself.
