My coaching style is encouraging, adaptable, and educational. I specialize in strength/resistance training, cardiovascular endurance, and general athletics. My favorite way to stay active and healthy is by playing slow-pitch softball. The best part of my job is showing people that working out is a celebration of what they can do and that they are capable of great things! Did you know that people are slightly taller in the morning than in the evening due to gravity compressing the spine?

I got started on my own fitness journey in 2019. I went through my own trials and tribulations along the way and loved every minute of it! Every setback, every win, every workout taught me so much that I developed a huge passion for it all which led me to becoming a NASM certified personal trainer. I am also a physical therapy technician and am fascinated by anatomy! My favorite way to stay active and healthy is Hiking and rock climbing. I love helping our members push through obstacles consistently and creating a plan that works.

I was born and raised in Laurel, MT with a brief amount of time spent in Lewistown. While growing up in Lewistown, I did ballet and tap dance. After returning to Laurel in 2002, I went on to do cheerleading at Laurel High School. I graduated from Laurel in 2009 and went on to get married in 2014. My husband and I have two wonderful children that are now attending Laurel Schools. I couldn't be happier to be raising the next generation of Laurel Locomotives! I have always loved exercising, being active, and helping people! I started off my fitness career by becoming a fitness coach and loved it! My absolute favorite is watching people achieve their goals in fitness and health. So, I am absolutely thrilled to further my career as Club Manager with Anytime Fitness!

The best part of my job is helping people and seeing them reach their goals. I love traveling! I've been to Thailand and am going to Japan later this year. Did you know, that working out for an hour 5 days a week reduces your chances of death from any cause by 20% or more the more you work out.

I am Jess! My fitness journey started 14 years ago as a stay at home mom looking for a way to lose baby weight and get out of the house. I had the crazy idea to start playing roller derby. What had originally started as a fun hobby, turned into an obsession with health and fitness. I am a competitive athlete that currently plays for a WFTDA team, Ann Arbor Roller Derby, ranked 9th in the region and 38th in the world. I have worked in gyms for nearly a decade, both in management and as a CrossFit trainer. When I'm not at the roller rink or gym, you can find me at the skatepark on the halfpipe. Watching people reach their goals and accomplish things they never thought possible is the number one motivator that keeps me going!

Hello, my name is Steve Kurschner and I’m from Livingston, Montana. I’m the regional manager for gyms in North Dakota, Montana, Idaho and Washington clubs. I studied Exercise Science at Montana State University in Bozeman and health and fitness has been a huge part of my life since I was young. It’s super important to me for not only physical but mental health. I love working here because I get to help everyone on their fitness journey and make a difference in their lives.

In his free time he enjoys watching all things sports, but is a die hard college football fan. He also enjoys spending time with his 4 dogs. Fitness has always been a part of his life and he enjoys helping and encouraging others to pursue their best self!
