Passionate about making fitness approachable and enjoyable, Jennifer specializes in strength training, functional fitness, mobility, and sustainable fitness programming tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle. She enjoys working with beginners, those returning to exercise after time away, and former athletes looking to regain their strength and athleticism. Jennifer believes that fitness is for everybody and is dedicated to meeting clients where they are, helping them build confidence, create lasting habits, and achieve meaningful results. Her coaching philosophy centers on consistency over perfection, empowering clients to take small, sustainable steps toward long-term success both inside and outside the gym.

I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 2022, with experience in management, personal training, and group fitness. I’m a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and I’m certified to teach Pilates, yoga, indoor cycling, and Box Fit. I’ve always had a passion for fitness and love helping people achieve their goals while creating a fun and motivating environment. Group fitness is one of my favorite ways to connect with members and support them on their fitness journey.
