I grew up in East Texas and participated in football, track, and cross country during high school. Competing in sports helped me develop an interest in health and fitness. After high school, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness. Then began my career at Anytime Fitness, where I gained experience in fitness coaching and was motivated to earn my Master’s in Exercise Physiology.
My goal is to continuously grow in the fitness industry while helping others improve their health and performance. When I’m not training or studying, you can find me watching anime, reading comics, or taking walks.

I competed in a few amateur Muay Thai fights which is how I realized I had a passion for strength training and cardio conditioning.
I enjoy helping people of all fitness levels reach their goals whether it’s fat loss or improvement in performance.
I am constantly trying to learn as much as I can in the health and fitness fields.
When I’m not in the gym I enjoy hiking, traveling, and reading.

I am a certified personal trainer with over 20 years experience; specializing in weight loss, and developing simple and effective training routines for busy clients who can’t spend an hour at the gym several times per week without the assistance of a trainer and accountability.
My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.
The goal isn’t to create a lifestyle centered on fitness but rather to integrate exercise and healthy eating into people’s lives in a way that they understand and can hold themselves accountable and at the same time create friendships that last a lifetime.

I grew up in New Jersey and moved to Texas in 2010. In 2014, I joined the Navy as an electronics technician, where I served for 6 years. In 2022, I received my personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I've been working out for over 9 years and am especially passionate about powerlifting. I can’t wait to help you find your passion for exercise!
In my free time I like to go country and salsa dancing, read and compete in obstacle course races.

I grew up in West Houston and am one of 4 siblings. As a kid I was involved in soccer and I was an avid skateboarder. I did not really get into fitness until 2014 when I went to a fitness camp in Bandera Texas. I had a really good trainer there that inspired me to start working out. While I was at the gym one day I saw people doing Olympic weightlifting and fell in love immediately. I decided to change my major to Kinesiology and received a Bachelor of Science in 2018. I continued on to compete in weightlifting and even won a gold medal at a state level weightlifting meet. I am very passionate about weightlifting and strength training and have 9 years of experience. I thoroughly enjoy sharing my extensive knowledge with my clients!

I’ve been involved in Health and Fitness all my life. My father was a Physical Therapist and he started taking me to the gym when I was very young. I have participated in team sports, martial arts, fitness events, weight lifting competitions, and yoga. I have been a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach for over 20 years. My certification is through Coopers Clinic and I have a Business Management degree from Louisiana State University (Shreveport). The people I have worked with have varied from young, healthy athletes to older, post-surgery populations. In addition, I worked as a Physical Therapist Tech II for Willis Knighton Hospital Systems and was in the Louisiana Army National Guard as an MP.
I enjoy working with people and helping them meet their goals. Seeing people do and become things they thought were not possible is one of the great enjoyments of my profession. If you want to be challenged and have fun at the same time, please contact me!

I am originally from Lansing, MI and I've been in Texas for 11 years.
I am very passionate about health, fitness, and helping people win through their habits in and out of the gym. I've been on my own fitness journey since 2020, after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder - and it completely changed how I show up for myself and others. I believe fitness should be simple, supportive, and sustainable.
Outside of the gym, I'm a wife to Raymond, dog mom to a rescue pit Nala, and a huge sports fanatic.

I graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. My interest in the field of fitness started when I first began college. I grew up as a competitive swimmer/ runner and was never exposed to a weight room. I became infatuated with fitness when a college friend introduced me to the gym. I immediately changed my degree to Kinesiology which lit the fire in me to keep learning. I love building my knowledge about the human body and how it can be manipulated to be a better version of itself.
In the past 4 years I have learned under a plethora of fitness professionals. I worked with a physical therapist for a year, performing exercises and therapy’s for patients. I also had the opportunity to work with D1 athletes at my university for a little over 2 years. This gave me the ability to work with strength and conditioning coaches and learn/ mentor under them. I can’t wait to share my knowledge with members and help you reach your goals together!

I was born in Corpus Christi but grew up in the Seguin/San Antonio area. I have always been involved in athletics, competing in Football, Track, Baseball, and Dancing. I attended San Antonio College, upon graduation I worked in EMS for American Medical Response. I have always loved health and fitness and am excited to be part of the Anytime Fitness Family. I myself have been on both ends of the spectrum when it comes to being overweight and in great shape, so I can truly sympathize with anyone going through the hardships of staying in good health. After college I moved to Venezuela to teach and to be the Athletic Director at a K-12 International school. It’s been over 12 years now that I moved back and started working for Anytime Fitness!
