My goal is to help others not look into the future of their potential instead of looking at the past with regret. I got into fitness after having my daughter and gained a lot of weight. I barely recognized myself - was tired, miserable, and felt ugly inside and out. It was time for a change. This led to an obsession with changing not only the way I looked but also how I felt about myself. After 7 years of trial and error the fixation to "lose weight" led to, not only losing over 60lbs of fat, but also a deep admiration and respect for strength, consistency, and discipline. My goal is help others achieve the same thing - but much faster and with less confusion and frustration.

I grew up in Eagle River, a small town in Wisconsin. I wasn't an extremely active kid and went through my own fitness journey in High School. It was during my journey that I fell in love with how healthy made me feel. My commitment to a healthier lifestyle showed me first-hand the effects of health and fitness on every area of life. It made me the best version of myself and sparked my passion to help others feel the same. It is my privilege to witness and help people daily to become the best version of themselves!

My coaching style is supportive, motivational, and focused. My training specialties focus on nutrition and body composition education and tracking. My favorite way to stay active and healthy is by playing league sports year round like Volleyball and Softball. The best part of my job is celebrating ALL the victories with my members! I'm all about long-term/ life changing results over quick fixes. Did you know that only 23% of people stick with fitness and nutrition and are properly educated on it? My coaching style is Encouraging, Uplifting & Aligned. My favorite way to stay active and healthy is by doing dumbbell workouts and walking 2-5 miles daily. I also meditate daily-it's the way I know to set the tone for the day. The best part of my job is being in a place where people have the same thing in common: Achieve a specific goal. It's even better when they actually follow through. That alone inspires others to follow. I make friends wherever I go. People will remember how you made them feel. It takes a few seconds to make eye contact with a stranger and wish them well or compliment them. We never know what hardships they are going through. Life can be rough and it means a lot when we take the time to remind people that we are more alike than different. We all want to be seen and understood.

Hello Members! I'm excited to join the Anytime Fitness team. My name is Bethany Tobler, a proud mom of four graduates, originally from Oregon but recently in Texas.
I started in the health industry working with individuals with disabilities, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s before transitioning to medical and life insurance sales. My passion has always been helping others, and I find fulfillment in empowering people to improve their lives.
With a coaching style centered on individualized support and servant leadership, I tailor fitness to each person’s needs. Integrity and empathy guide my work, helping me build strong relationships with clients and coworkers.
I stay active by hiking, rafting, and camping, and I love refurbishing furniture, painting, and playing Texas Hold’em!

My coaching style is motivating and encouraging, connecting on an individual level. I specialize in helping people that struggle with motivation reach their fitness goals. Over the years I’ve struggled with motivation myself, it’s something that I still work on today. I can definitely relate to the challenges and nothing feels better than seeing my clients overcome it. My favorite way to stay active and healthy is to not to miss any day at the gym. Things happen, if I do miss. I try really hard not to miss 2 days in a row. I also enjoy sports and spending time with my dog too! My favorite part about my job is seeing people accomplish things that they didn't think they could do. I love seeing customers proving their limitations wrong! I am originally from Venezuela. Spanish was my first language. In my younger years, I played soccer, football, baseball and even ran a half marathon in Chicago.

Hello, my name is Steve Kurschner and I’m from Livingston, Montana. I’m the regional manager for gyms in North Dakota, Montana, Idaho and Washington clubs. I studied Exercise Science at Montana State University in Bozeman and health and fitness has been a huge part of my life since I was young. It’s super important to me for not only physical but mental health. I love working here because I get to help everyone on their fitness journey and make a difference in their lives.

Levi was born and raised in Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa with his Bachelor's in Health Science in 2013.
In his free time he enjoys watching all things sports, but is a die hard college football fan. He also enjoys spending time with his 4 dogs.
Fitness has always been a part of his life and he enjoys helping and encouraging others to pursue their best self!
