My goal for any client is to lead them to the right mindset so that they can achieve the goals they are currently striving to reach. Overall, fitness should not feel like a chore but perhaps a lifestyle and something we look forward to in our daily routines. Finding balance and holding people accountable is something I enjoy. My experience in the U.S. Navy medical field and serving alongside the Marine Corps has led me to a skillset that I can input while training a client. I can help translate my knowledge of fitness and pass it along to you while also enjoying everything life has to offer.
Fun Fact: I like All You Can Eat Sushi and Korean BBQ. especially after a great workout!

My life passion is to help people achieve their health and fitness goals with a positive mindset. I have been a fitness enthusiast since I was 15 years old. I worked in law enforcement for the first twenty years of my career rescuing human trafficking victims after getting a master's degree in International Commercial Diplomacy and Conflict Resolution. Then I switched my career focus to the health and fitness industry. I obtained my personal training certification so I could help change people's lives through health and fitness. I hope to make health and fitness a positive element in people's lives. As a coach I want to help people of all ages make a positive impact in their future. I want fitness to be challenging but fun.
Fun Fact: I speak fluent French and have traveled to every continent in the world except for Antarctica which is my future goal.

In my 23 years in the fitness industry, I’ve been a trainer, managed gyms, and owned my own studio for 13 of those years. I love all things fitness, and love community. I feel at home in the gym, and love making everyone who walks through the door feel the same way. My purpose is to empower people with knowledge and confidence in their workouts while making them laugh and have a good time. I love my job and I can train just about anyone. But, there’s a special joy I get training someone whose body has been battle-tested, whether from injury or repetitive movement wear and tear. Making someone’s quality of life better is incredibly rewarding. I specialize in muscle gain, fat loss, and general mobility.
Fun Fact: I enjoy - Music, working out, home audio, basketball and anything my kids are into.

My fitness journey began when I was 18 years old, driven by a desire to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in my own skin. Over the years, that passion grew deeper and more intentional, eventually leading me into competitive bodybuilding—where I mastered the power of discipline, structure, and pushing beyond limits. While I no longer compete, the sport still plays a big role in how I train and live today.
After 13 years working in tech, I realized that success without fulfillment wasn’t enough. I made the decision to step away from a stable career and follow my true passion: helping others transform their lives through fitness.
As a personal trainer, I combine decades of accumulated knowledge with a deep understanding of what it takes—mentally and physically—to make real, lasting change. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, I’m here to guide, support, and challenge you every step of the way.

My passion is to help people achieve their health and fitness goals with a positive mindset. I owe my love for fitness to my mother and grandparents—I’ve been into fitness since I was a kid, thanks to Goku! I’m a lifelong learner and love sharing what I know with anyone who’s open to growing and learning. I earned my personal training certification so I could help change lives through health and fitness, and I hope to make it a positive and lasting part of people’s everyday life. As a coach, I want to support people of all ages in creating a better future for themselves. I believe fitness should be challenging, but also fun.

Since early 2017, I have been teaching Tai Chi and Qigong to adults of varying ages and capability levels to help them bring balance, relaxation, and a little more joy into their lives.
I quickly came to realize the limitations of teaching without an in-depth knowledge of human body mechanics, so in 2020 I became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with the American Council on Exercise.
My Tai Chi instruction focuses on the health aspects and functional movement of the art, with martial components for better understanding. I also pull from my experience in Arnis, Kenpo, and Wing Chun systems of martial arts.
My personal training focuses heavily on proper alignment and engagement in the gym and bodily awareness in daily life to cultivate an overall better quality of life and enjoyment for my clients.
In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, biking, yoga, learning about nature and languages, and playing with my dog.

I believe that fitness and health are an integral part of life. We are all constantly learning and growing, which makes fitness fun because there is so much room for growth! I want to give you the tools to reach your goals. Before personal training, I went to U.C. Berkeley and studied Medieval European History. After college, I was a corps member in Teach for America where I taught Social Studies at a low-income middle school in Indianapolis for a few years. While teaching, I concurrently received my Master’s in Education and taught group fitness sessions. After having a baby, I decided to follow a different passion and pursued fitness full-time. When I am not at the gym, I love to spend time with my family, walk my dog, read, or watch shows. If you see me, come say hi!
Fun Fact: I can sing the entire play Hamilton by heart!

Strength changes everything. That is a powerful statement that explains the quality of life. As people age, exercise becomes more vital to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. However, exercise is also not an easy task to check off. What counts as enough or the right kind? As a coach, I am here to help you anyway I can and get you one step closer to your fitness goals. Throughout my career, I’ve helped countless individuals ranging from young adults to retirees achieve strength gains that lead to a more confident and healthier lifestyle. I am confident I can do the same for you!
Fun Fact: I walked the Great Wall of China.

Being an avid sports fan, fitness is something that has always piqued my interest. It always fascinated me how the human body is capable of doing different types of movements and push itself to the highest levels. I believe everyone has the chance to get fit and live a healthy lifestyle. Working in an atmosphere that promotes this environment is one of the reasons why I decided to work in fitness. My goal in the gym is for people to feel motivated and have fun when they work out in the gym.
Fun Fact: I used to play the Tenor Saxophone in highschool.
