Hi! My name is Aidan. I was born in Grafton Wisconsin and moved to Lake City when I was 3. I am currently finishing up my Bachelors Degree in Health Science/ Sports medicine with the hope of becoming a Physical Therapist assistant. In my free time I enjoy working out and watching movies.

Hi! I'm Christy, manager, personal trainer, and class instructor in Lake City. I love to teach fitness to all age groups. My goal for entering into the fitness industry is to help people live healthier and stronger lives. I am a competitive powerlifter and have been competing for 10 years. I've placed 1st in Bench Press Nationals 5 years in a row and placed 1st at IPF Bench Worlds 2026 in Poland in the M1, 63kg division. I also hike, bike, kayak, and enjoy anything that gets my body moving.
