Becoming a NASM-CPT was a natural evolution of my 20+ years as a psychology-driven coach, specializing in habit change, motivation, and behavior change.
I take a whole-person approach to training - blending mindset, movement, and accountability to help people create results that actually last.
High energy, supportive, and always meeting you where you are - while still pushing you to grow.

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with a background in athletic development and mental health. Before joining Anytime Fitness, I played 5 years of college basketball and 2 years of semi-pro football while completing my undergraduate degree in Health Science. I cater every session to each clients' specific needs and goals, and look to teach from a science-based approach with an empathetic coaching style.

My love for the gym began many years ago while pregnant and looking for support. What started as a need quickly turned into a passion. Being part of the gym community was so much fun that I eventually transitioned into teaching fitness classes—and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Over the years, I had the joy of leading classes in Pilates, kickboxing, step, senior fit, yoga, and kettlebell training. Each class brought its own energy, and each group of participants inspired me in different ways.
One of my favorite memories is from a woman in my senior fitness class who once said, “I almost fell on the ice, but the core work we did in class helped me stay on my feet.” That moment meant everything to me. It reminded me that the work we do in the gym doesn’t just build muscles—it builds confidence, resilience, and strength that carries over into everyday life.
I look forward to many more stories of success and triumph as we continue this journey together.

Dedication, passion, and drive - that's what fuels my journey in the world of fitness. I've been a gym lover and sports enthusiast all my life. Growing up I played Baseball, Football and Basketball. I started strength training in my early teens, and it's been a huge focus in my exercise regime. I've run numerous 5K’s, including the CVS 5K in Providence. In 1984 I participated in the Olympic tryouts for Baseball. While I wasn't selected for the team, it was a tremendous experience. I worked with a trainer at Anytime Fitness who introduced me to kettlebells. He instilled in me a passion for these balls of iron and how they combine a cardio and strength workout. Now, as I embark on the exciting chapter of owning my own gym, I look back at the incredible experiences that shaped me. Anytime Fitness has been my fitness family for 14 years, providing the support and atmosphere I need to thrive. Here's to new beginnings and sharing our fitness stories together at Anytime Fitness!
