I fell in love with working out and becoming healthier when I was at my lowest of lows dealing with PPD and some health issues after having my little girl. Fitness brought me back to life and now I get to help others work towards their goals and take their life back and improve their health as well. I love what I do and I want to impact as many lives as I can!

    Hello! I’m Brooklyn, regional manager and trainer at Anytime Fitness. Being involved in the fitness industry changed my life and it all started with training- myself. I know and lived with the struggle of being overweight. How it can pull you down and seem like an impossible hole to crawl out of. I finally decided to take control. I kept fighting the good fight and learned to fall in love with the process, not the destination. It helps me so much mentally and physically, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Making a healthy lifestyle change is HARD. But we can do hard things. Now I get to help others reach their goals and find a balance with fitness. I also get the privilege of managing some great AF teams- who care about the vision just as much as I do. If you see me around the club, give me a shout. I am an open book and love connecting with my awesome AF members. We are in this together!
