Fitness has always been an important part of my life. Growing up in Washingtonville, I played a variety of sports—most notably basketball, which I still stay involved in today as a coach. My athletic background has shaped my approach to training: focused, driven, and always team-oriented.
I'm currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, which helps me connect with clients on a deeper level and understand the mental side of fitness just as much as the physical. I bring an upbeat, friendly energy to every session and aim to make workouts both effective and enjoyable.
My ultimate goal is to see my clients succeed. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I genuinely want the best for each of my clients and am committed to helping you reach your goals—both in and out of the gym.

Hi, I’m Morganne! I grew up in Colorado and just recently graduated college with a degree in Psychology, and moved to New York. I have played high intensity sports and been active my entire life, and have vastly expanded my knowledge on healthy fitness for the mind and body. I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years and strongly value personable connections and catering to every individual’s needs/goals. My fitness mindset is that movement should be fun, enjoyable, and sustainable. My goal is always to empower everyone to feel excited to move and exercise in the way that makes them feel best, and to listen to their bodies throughout the process. No matter where you start when you walk into the gym or what you want to achieve, I can’t wait to be there every step of the way to support you in reaching any goal you can imagine!

Hey, I’m Jacob!
I believe training is much more than lifting weights. It all begins with intentional movement. My goal is to help you build strength, move efficiently, and feel confident in every rep. With a background as a high school track athlete and current volleyball player, I’ve spent the last five years focused on developing functional strength, proper form, and athletic performance that carries over into everyday life.
You’ll usually find me training explosively, fine-tuning technique, or chasing my next vertical jump goal. Whether you’re here to feel more confident in the gym, improve your movement, or take your athletic ability to the next level, I’m here to coach, motivate, and push you to your full potential.

With five years of experience in fitness —and a background as a former college softball player and high school basketball athlete—I bring both energy and athletic edge to life. You’ll usually find me lifting, running, or talking about my next spartan race I’ll be participating in. Whether your goal is to get stronger, move better, or just feel more like you, I’m here to guide, hype, and challenge you along the way. Let’s crush it together! Bonus fun fact? I run on endorphins... and sushi rolls.

A born athlete I spend my time outside of the gym competing at roundnet or football. When I'm not playing a sport you may catch me running some of the trails at Callahan State Park.
