I love gardening, crocheting, and spending time with my family, including two adorable Grandkids. We have lived in Medford for 30 years and we love it.
Fitness and wellness is a lifestyle that I love sharing with others. I train all ages, meet you at the Fitness level you are at and help you grow stronger in mind , body and spirit. When I am not training, I am at home running after my two sons and spending quality time with my friends and family. I have been active as a youth baseball coach and a strength and conditioning coach. since 2018. After losing 50 pounds and turning his health around in 2013 Scott left an IT job and began his career in personal training to share his experience and inspire others. He is certified by NASM as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist as well as a nutrition coach. Scott also has years of experience as a competitive obstacle course athlete and coach certified by Spartan Race and has completed over 60 races in his career. He has worked with high school athletes and 80 year olds with new knees and everything in between. Scott believes deeply in the strong personal connection to people and ensuring that the time together in the gym has a lasting impact on your day-to-day life.

Hi everyone! My name is Nik and I am so excited to begin a new fitness chapter!
I became a certified personal trainer in January of 2022 (ISSA). I previously worked at Body Fit Berlin as a personal trainer.
I played college baseball, and I've been active in sports throughout my entire life, so I have an athletic background that certainly brings out the energy, enthusiasm, and work ethic into my daily training.
I also currently work for Colossal Sports Academy since 2019 as a baseball coach, athletic trainer, and focus on strength and conditioning with various ages of athletes!
I enjoy fitness and helping people incorporate fitness into their daily routines to help them feel better, as well as us using exercise to make their daily lives more enjoyable!

Sheena has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She now works full -time in the financial industry but continues to instruct because she loves it. She is a Mother of three children of her own, three step children and she loves spending time with her family.
She's driven by passion to provides safe and effective training to her clients to help them improve their overall health and fitness. Sheena specializes in Kettlebell training but utilizes all modalities in her instruction based on the need of the Client. She believes in empowering her clients with Knowledge so they become their own advocates in achieving optimal health and fitness.
She holds a BS in Health and Science and has received level 1 SFG Cert (Strong first), RKC Cert (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) and a NASM CPT Cert (National College of Sorts Medicine-Certified Personal Trainer)

My fitness career starting in 1994 when I first became a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. I have always had a desire to be fit and strong. I used Personal training Certifications, and National Fitness Conferences, to learn from the best and the brightest in the industry.
Not only was fitness my career, it was my hobby, competing in countless events, which included Running, Cycling and ultimately Triathlons. I competed in the Bud Light Triathlon Series, among many others along the way.
My perfect client is someone who wants to lose weight, become stronger, move better, improve mobility and be their best every day.
Nike’s famous tag line of Just Do it, is only half the story for me. My thought process is, “Don’t Just Do It, Do It Right”.
Today do what others won’t, so tomorrow you can do what others can’t.

Sue Gallagher Holton is the owner of Anytime Fitness in Medford. Sue grew up in Medford Lakes and graduated from Shawnee High School where she excelled as an athlete. Sue has been a fixture of the town’s fitness industry for over 20 years. She has provided personal training to thousands of residents and has worked in many of the fitness facilities in the area. Sue specializes in corrective exercises, balance training, sports specific training, strength and conditioning ,while motivating each and every client.
Sue owned the National Personal Training Institute where she trained the trainers and ran the certification program .She recently sold the school to realize a personal goal of opening a full-service gym in the Medford community.
