Hey there, I'm Scott Marshall, and let me tell you, life's a thrilling adventure! College baseball was my jam, tearing it up at Culver Stockton and North Central Community College. Graduated in 2015 from Missouri Western with a degree in physical education – yeah, I'm all about that fitness life! Now, the real MVPs are my incredible kids, Tyson (9) and Trayce (7). They keep me on my toes and add that extra spark to every day. And don't even get me started on my love for the Chiefs and Royals – game day vibes are my happy place! Super stoked to share this excitement with you and help kickstart your journey to crushing those fitness goals. Let's make waves together!
