Trainer
Cheri is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. She specializes in nutrition, high intensity interval training, mobility/stretching, strength training, compositional change and behavior change. Her philosophy is: Exercise is the key to our physical and mental wellness. It's never too late to begin your journey to a healthier version of you! She strives to educate, encourage and challenge clients in a safe, fun and positive manner.

Kovacevich

Trainer
Carissa has been with Anytime Fitness since 2022 and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her areas of emphasis include Body Composition Changes, Nutrition and Corrective Exercises. Her philosophy is I believe with the right knowledge, support system and consistency, you can become the best version of yourself and can reach any goal you have set for yourself.

Josh has been with Anytime Fitness since 2009 and is our Regional Personal Training Manager with a degree in Exercise Science from Ripon College - Ripon, WI. He specializes in fat loss, muscle gain, flexibility, special populations, and sport specific training. His focus is improving your quality of life through quality of time spent in the gym, not quantity of time.

Keith is a Certified Wellness Practitioner through the National Wellness Institute and has a bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness Promotion from UW-Steven's Point. He believes health and wellness manifests itself as a multi-dimensional concept. Physical is one main component, but equally as important is your emotional, intellectual, social, career, environmental, and spiritual wellness. Find your balance and you'll find your happiness.

Jason has been with Anytime Fitness for over 10 years. He first started out as a trainer and club manager in our West Bend, WI location and is now an owner for our Cedarburg, Hartford, Germantown and West Bend clubs. His philosophy for helping people get to a healthier place is really to understand what their goals are and provide them with the best tools to be successful.
