Anytime Fitness Spring Hill

Trying to stay on track this week with Thanksgiving just around the corner. These egg muffins will help us do just that! Great for on-the-go, as you can just pop them in the microwave to reheat them! Ingredients -6 eggs -1/4 a cup of milk -1/2 small green pepper -1/2 small red pepper -1/4 lb of turkey sausage Mix eggs and milk together, grab a muffin pan (I spray EVOO on mine for easy clean up) and fill each cup about three-quarters of the way full. Add in peppers and sausage and bake on 350° F for about 20 min. (you want them to look fluffy and when you stick a toothpick in the middle it's clean) We can fully understand how life gets a little crazy, and sometimes there's just not time to cook. We try to stay away from processed foods and take out, so majority of what we eat is done through meal prepping on Sunday.
