Born and raised in Washington, IL where I was a three-sport athlete and found my love for competing. I played volleyball, basketball, and soccer in high school and then went on to play basketball at St. Ambrose University while getting my Master of Psychology with a minor in biology. After college, I moved to southern Missouri where I continued my education to receive my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy! I now work full time at OSF St. Francis hospital where I get to encourage and motivate others to achieve their goals, improve their quality of life, and gain back their independence after an illness. I hope to carry that encouragement into the RPM classes that I will be teaching once I become Les Mills certified so that others can reach their fitness goals - both physically, mentally, and emotionally!

I started my fitness journey in high school and really honed in on fitness while I played collegiate baseball. I played baseball at Knox College before transferring to RMU - Illinois. I played four years of college baseball and programmed my own workouts achieving the best physique of my life along the way. I was able to add close to 30lbs in the past 6 years while achieving single digit body fat percentages along the way. I am continuously learning new techniques, methods, and information to further advance my fitness knowledge as I learn more in the industry. My goal is to help guide individuals who need a plan for their goals in their own fitness journey. That is what drives me. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and have a specialization in Youth Exercise Training.

I attended Abingdon-Avon high school. I then attended Carl Sandburg College for 2 years and got my associates. I transferred to Monmouth College and got my bachelors degree. At Monmouth College I was a Wellness Administration major. I played basketball at Carl Sandburg and played at Monmouth College as well. I first gained my interest in fitness my Freshman year of High School. I was a three sports athlete that did workouts for my sports. I started making workouts for myself by the end of high school. I have enjoyed and loved fitness all of my life, playing sports since I was a kid growing up in Bloomington, IL. Growing up, I always knew I wanted to do something in the health and fitness industry, but a health scare when I was in high school drove me towards helping people and becoming a personal trainer. I obtained my degree in Exercise Science and was a four year college athlete playing football at Monmouth College, winning two conference championships. I know that it is hard to complete something, but with hard work, you can achieve what you want. I recently became a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). With that, my goal is to help individuals achieve their fitness and health goals here at Anytime Fitness North Peoria.

My weight has fluctuated all my life. When I had my first baby, I had to go on bedrest and gained about 40 lbs. On bedrest, I couldn't do anything for almost 3 months. I wanted to get back to my previous fitness level and my ideal weight. I started going to the gym, and I tried group exercise classes. I realized that I loved them. I felt like I worked harder and got fitter quicker. Then I started meeting people in the classes and making friends. Feeling fit and good about myself and seeing friends at the gym made me want to keep going. I stuck with the classes even through a pregnancy with a second baby. A couple years later, another instructor (Andrea from Wednesday mornings) recommended that I start teaching. So I attended my first Les Mills training! I enjoy teaching and working out with others. I also enjoy having the confidence and ability to help others improve their fitness. See you at Saturday 8am Body Pump for an awesome workout!

Born in Peoria, IL but raised in Fort Myers, FL, Lexi has recently returned to the area to continue pursuing her goals in fitness both personally and professionally. She graduated from Warner University with a degree in Exercise and Sport Leadership and soon after received her CPT through International Sports Sciences Association. Throughout her schooling, Lexi was involved in multiple sports which led her to playing collegiate soccer. Lexi enjoys camping, canoeing, and riding roller coasters. Her goals as a coach is to help anyone become the best version of themself, feel comfortable in and out of the gym, and to help achieve lifetime goals.

I'm Josh Lucas and I'm a personal trainer at anytime fitness. I'm certified through ACE. I enjoy sports, health, fitness and good food. I graduated from Dunlap high school in 2011. I've been an assistant coach at Dunlap for the last 10 years. In the past, I struggled with my weight and emotions. Once I joined a gym and started working out, I felt so much better about myself. That made me realize that this is what I want to do. I want to be a personal trainer.

My name is Colby McMillan, and I am originally from Florida. I recently relocated to Illinois to continue my education at Monmouth College, where I had the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level in football and earn several awards. During my time at Monmouth, I majored in Exercise Science and minored in Global Public Health Studies. In my free time, I enjoy staying active through fitness and exploring outdoor activities like fishing. I am passionate about exercise and its transformative power, as even a few minutes of physical activity can significantly improve overall well-being. Witnessing the joy and confidence people gain as they progress on their fitness journeys is incredibly rewarding.

I have always led an active lifestyle. I am someone who just loves working out. It makes me feel strong and healthy. If I don't start my day with a workout, I am quite the grouch! Growing up, I was a gymnast and cheerleader. After college, I started running. Over time, my love for running grew and grew. I started running both half and full marathons. I am currently on a quest to complete either a half or full marathon in every state!!! I teach BodyPump and RPM because I love to work out with people. We are a team in a group exercise class! We can support one another and motivate one another. The participants in my classes may not know this, but they motivate me as much as I motivate them.

My name is Daniel Smith and I am from California where I played football and was on swim team. I fell in love with football the most and started coaching after high school while attending Sacramento State University to get my Bachelors in Kinesiology majoring in Exercise Science. I helped coach football, basketball and track and train athletes to reach their goals. After I graduated I then became a teacher at a local high school and continued coaching sports as well as starting a strength and conditioning club for general students. I enjoyed helping students reach their personal goals and create life long habits. I would also train the general public as a personal trainer with 1 on 1 training for people to reach goals. I moved out to Illinois in the summer of 2023 to start a new adventure in life and I am looking forward to see what Illinois has to offer!

I have lost my way over the last couple of years due to some personal issues I was battling. I am looking forward to proving you can start over again. And even again and again and still be successful.

Originally from Elburn Illinois, Linsey moved over to central Illinois and graduated from Monmouth College in 2023. While at Monmouth, she competed in track and field as a sprinter, sand jumper, and pole vaulter. While starting at the front desk, Linsey's goal is to become a personal trainer. Linsey has been around health and fitness for the majority of her life. Her personal journey with fitness has had its ups and downs, and it has helped her learn so much. She is now inspired to help others and join them in creating their own personal fitness journey.

Victoria has always had an interest in sports and fitness. She has played competitive Soccer since she was 5 years old on the East Coast. Born and raised in Connecticut, Victoria came to Illinois and graduated from Illinois State University in 2017 with her B.S. in Kinesiology Studies with an Exercise Science minor. Victoria currently has her USSF D license and trains Goalkeepers throughout the year. She is excited to be a part of the Anytime Fitness team and connect with the community. Her goal is to make others feel welcome and confident in AND out of the gym. In her free time she enjoys making music, running her small business, and going on adventures with her pup, Mazer.

I am a veteran of the United States Army, and have lived in Kansas, New York, Texas, and Illinois. Due to a knee injury, I never focused on physical fitness or nutrition. After losing 80pounds and seeing what gaining functional strength has done in my own life, I decided to become Personal Trainer. I am eager to show other women how to gain strength, lose weight, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. My focus is remembering that what was done to get there, is what must be done to stay there. I was certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in August 2021, and have been a group fitness instructor since 2016. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my two grandsons. See you on the turf!

Since Patrick started seeing results from exercise in high school, he knew that he wanted to have a career as a personal trainer. While obtaining a degree in Exercise Science from Monmouth College (2014), Patrick also became a certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (2011). Throughout his own training, he has competed in various 5k races, strongman and powerlifting competitions. On the personal training side, he has been fortunate enough to help clients achieve goals in weight loss, strength training, rehabilitation, and overall health improvements. Since 2016, Patrick has been nominated each year by his clients and peers as a top personal trainer in the Peoria area. In addition to personal training, Patrick has also started his own website and fitness supplement company, NeverBeenStronger.com. Aside from training, during his down time, Patrick loves spending time with his wife and two miniature dachshunds Pumpkin and Walter.
