Coach Doug specialized in Strength & Conditioning, Powerlifting and Weight Loss. He loves helping people achieve their goals and watching clients transforming into the best versions of themselves. His own fitness journey includes transforming his body and life through a 200 lb. weight loss.
Logan
Wilmot
Manager
Logan's fitness journey began at 14 when he started working with a personal trainer. Born with Cerebral Palsy, he dealt with countless surgeries and physical therapy. Through rehab, stretching and strengthening, Logan's been able to keep himself strong and healthy and that's what he looks to provide every member in this gym. He provides a fun, educational and disciplined environment for clients to come to each day. Logan's job is to work around any injuries/weaknesses to ensure you can work out safely and effectively to the best of your ability. People are living longer these days and that increases the need for each of us to stay in shape as we age. Logan is a Certified Personal trainer with a degree in Exercise Science and has worked in various healthcare settings such as direct primary care, in-patient, outpatient and physical therapy. He is also a Functional Aging Specialist. Logan loves to golf and is a huge fan of the Nuggets and Broncos.
