Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I am a family man who likes the workout lifestyle. A lifestyle that I would like to share with all of you. The key to achieving our goals is consistency and to have consistency we must have fun. The Force is with me and I one with the Force.

I am a happily married mother of four and proud Army veteran. I am dedicated to my faith, my family, and helping people better their lives. I want to help as many people as I can find their niche with nutrition and exercise, so they can live their lives to the fullest. When I'm not working, I am spending as much time as possible with my family and being outside. One of my personal goals is to explore at least one National Park a year. I have participated in a wide variety of sports and exercise trends over the years, and love learning about new ways to take care of myself. I have also been a nurse practitioner for over 20 years and am dedicated to health promotion. I love watching people achieve things they didn't think were in reach for them. I believe that positive attitudes are contagious and hope to be the reason people keep coming back.

I am a devoted husband, father and Christian. I love being outside on my "ranch," hiking, fishing, hunting, or playing with my kids and dogs. I have played sports for most of my life and for the past 25 years I have never been far from a gym. I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I fell in love with Anytime Fitness and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help others get to a healthier place.
