Hi My name is Ryan!!! I am NFPT certified and indoor cycling instructor. I have jumped around from dance cardio, indoor cycling, yoga, Pilates, boxing, weightlifting and so on which I love to incorporate into my own personal workouts. I was a competitive gymnast for 6 years and now currently a professional dancer on stage and on screen. I transitioned from gymnast to dancer due to a broken ankle and discovered the preventative health benefits that came with dance. I have always struggled with my weight and body image being in the dance industry and how I looked was the main goal of my workouts. Now training for 6 years my image is secondary and now how I feel mentally and physically are the main priority. We can dwell on the failures but it’s all about the small victories for me because that’s what’s going to keep you moving forward. I’m here to guide you get to the place where you do your victory dance. Let’s dance!!!

My Name is Andrew!
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist here at Anytime Fitness. I am an athlete turned trainer. I graduated in 2022 with a B.A. in Psychology from Concordia University Wisconsin. I look at the human body as a canvas and our decisions and actions are the painters. I love to keep sessions high energy and fun because who doesn’t love work when it is fun! Outside of the gym I sing and beatbox in multiple choirs throughout the city. I also enjoy playing basketball, baseball, and ultimate frisbee. I am passionate about strength conditioning, power training, and working with beginners to help you place your first brush stroke on the masterpiece of the canvas you will create!

Starting a two-decade dream career as an ISSA certified personal trainer with Anytime Fitness in the Chicagoland area pre-pandemic I'm elated to be returning to the family here in Pasadena. An avid gym goer and employee, since high school with many different national companies, AF is the place to be for wellness. As a Senior Fitness, Exercise Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning specialist my aim is to assist busy professionals experience the benefits in a healthier fitness lifestyle.
