Ed has a long history in sports and exercise. From playing football for Colorado State University to competing in bodybuilding competitions (Ed won the 1971 Mr. Colorado!). However, Ed also understands the challenges that come with families and careers, at one point Ed was diagnosed with high blood pressure and was 100lbs overweight. He embarked on a healthier journey and started training for competitive bodybuilding. Not only did he lower his blood pressure and lose his excess weight, he continued to train and at age 72, he competed in and won the prestigious title of the Natural Olympia 2020 , in the 70+ class in Las Vegas.

Angelina became a certified personal trainer while she was working at a front desk of a gym and wanted to get more involved with the people in the gym. She began strength training on and off at a young age hoping to gain some weight as she was very underweight throughout her childhood and teenage years. She ended up really enjoying challenging herself and training with weights and is now at a point where her main focus is on gaining strength. She also has dance experience and likes to spend some of her free time at a gym for circus arts where she practices aerial, flexibility training, and beginning at hand balancing.

From a young age, Cassie has been encompassed in the fitness industry. She would go to the gym with her mom to watch her teach fitness and yoga classes. The atmosphere in the gym was always exciting to her. The positivity and joy that comes from movement is what inspires her. Cassie started working in the fitness industry in 2017. She started by coaching strength - interval training classes as well as cycle. This has instilled a love for helping others find confidence through movement and exercise. Valley born, but has also lived in Arkansas and Utah. Cassie is married with two kids and one dog. She loves hiking, camping, and spending time outside with her family and friends. She loves the Arizona desert and has no plans of ever moving far from it.

Trevor began his fitness journey playing club sports around seven years old. PE and recess were his favorite times of the day in Elementary school. A former athlete and marching band nerd, Trevor learned how fun staying active could be. However, figuring out his college major is what really set Trevor on his path towards becoming a fitness enthusiast. He decided to become a personal trainer due to his love to help others and see people live healthier, happier lives.

Suzy is a former fitness instructor, dancer, and all-around athlete. She embraces healthy eating, weightlifting, meditation, and surrounding yourself with people who encourage you to be your best self. She has a master's degree in counseling and is passionate about helping people redefine healthy aging, live as your authentic self, and always go after your dream.

Mike is originally from Port Orange Florida and started his fitness journey in High School where he competed in Olympic lifting. He holds Certifications from ACE in Group, Personal Training and is a Senior Fitness Specialist. He plays guitar and has traveled to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Beijing and Hong Kong.

Dina is an Arizona native and has mostly resided in the Northwest Valley. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor through the American Council on Exercise and has a specialty certification in Senior Fitness. With a background in dance, cheerleading, and track and field in High School and College she has carried that energy and passion for fitness into a career and specializes in Cardio, Strength Training, and different stretching modalities.
