Balabanick
Trainer
Anthony is an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with four years of experience helping clients reach their goals through personalized, results-driven training. His passion for fitness began as a personal journey—starting out as a naturally thin individual, he discovered weight training as a way to build muscle, improve confidence, and transform his health. That experience sparked his desire to help others do the same. Currently pursuing his degree in Exercise Science, Anthony brings a strong academic foundation to his training. He’s an all-around coach but specializes in hypertrophy and muscle-building programs, tailoring each plan to the individual’s goals and ability level. In addition to one-on-one training, Anthony has been an enthusiastic contributor to our Silver Sneakers program and group training sessions. He believes that personal training goes beyond just the physical—it’s about showing up for members emotionally and mentally as well.

As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I specialize in strength training, weight loss, as well as gaining weight for those with high metabolism. For 8 years, I served as a United States Army Medic. I hold a Bachelors in Cell Biology/Biochemistry and I am pursuing an additional Bachelors in nursing. After working in the Emergency room for 5 years, my goal is to share my knowledge I have learned through my medical experience. I took what I have learned and transformed my health because of it. My goal is to help others achieve their unique goals and provide motivation on their fitness journey.

Robby started getting into fitness from a young age where he grew up playing every sport he could. He excelled at baseball and even went to college on an athletic scholarship. In high school, he found a passion for weight training which only continued into college where he majored in exercise science. As a trainer, Robby hopes to inspire that passion he has for fitness into others as he helps them reach their fitness goals.

Alex developed a passion for fitness in high school while playing football. Seeing many preventable injuries happen to the players, he decided to make it his life goal to get people to their goals pain free. After graduating from UWF with a degree in exercise science, he then completed physical therapy internships at the Medical Center Clinic and Andrew’s Institute. He also went back to UWF as a teaching assistant to help new trainers learn and coach proper movement. Alex makes sure you know the proper movement patterns first so that when tougher exercises become doable, you can do them with perfect form and more importantly, pain free.

Yatta is a certified personal trainer specializing in strength training, mobility, and sports performance. With a deep passion for fitness and helping others, Yatta is committed to guiding clients toward their goals with patience, motivation, and expert coaching. Inspired by overcoming personal challenges, Yatta entered the fitness industry with a mission to help others push past their limits and achieve their full potential. Whether working with beginners, athletes, or those recovering from injuries, she believes in being there for clients every step of the way, ensuring they stay motivated and focused. Yatta encourages clients to embrace the journey and trust the process. Outside of training, Yatta stays active through strength training and competitive sports, constantly challenging personal limits and striving for new achievements.

Bree’s passion for fitness began in middle school when she played soccer and softball. She continued her athletic journey by playing four years of Varsity soccer for Tate High School and after graduating, returned to her alma mater as the JV Girls soccer coach. Throughout the years, she’s continued participating in athletics including running numerous 5ks and placing 3rd in the two-person team division of the 2022 Battle of the Coast fitness competition. She loves lifting heavy, pushing her limits and using food as fuel. Bree has combined her love for fitness and compassion for people and earned her National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training Certification. She also has her Women’s Fitness Specialization certification and is currently undergoing course study to earn her certification in Corrective Exercises. She is excited to help people meet (and exceed) their fitness goals while having fun along the way!

Morgan started her fitness journey when she was around 17 years old. She knew she didn’t want to be overweight forever. She lost the weight she wanted and developed a huge passion for working out and being fit. She could be found in the gym every day. She decided to pursue a degree in exercise science to not only be able to help others achieve their goals, but also to learn more about how our bodies operate. Over the course of time, life happened, the gym and eating healthy wasn’t a priority, so she put her goals on the back burner. She graduated with a bachelors in exercise science in 2021, but by that time, she had two kids and was further from her goals more than ever. She knew it was time to take control. Over the course of 10 months, Morgan lost 80 pounds! She is incredibly passionate about helping others reach their healthiest self!
