Brooks

Trainer
Stephan is a member of the Anytime Fitness team with a background in public health and health science. He is passionate about helping people build healthier, more active lives.
Outside the gym, he enjoys watching movies, spending time outdoors, and staying active through a variety of hobbies. His goal is to help every member become stronger, healthier, and more confident each day.
Brenda
Kerwood

Trainer
Brenda, known to friends as Bren, is a proud hometown native who enjoys painting, SxS riding, kayaking, and paddleboarding.
After stepping away from healthy habits in her mid-50s, she recommitted to fitness and nutrition. Over the past six years, she has lost 50 pounds, improved her health, and feels 20 years younger. At 61 going on 41, Brenda is proud to serve as a trainer at Anytime Fitness and is passionate about helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Bragg

Kadie Bragg has proudly served as the Club Manager of Saint Albans Anytime Fitness for four years. She is passionate about helping members take meaningful steps toward their goals and creating an environment where everyone feels supported along the way.
When she’s not at the gym, Kadie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves being part of each member’s health journey — both mental and physical — and believes the gym should feel like more than just a place to work out. At Saint Albans Anytime Fitness, it’s a community, a support system, and a family — and she can’t wait to welcome you.

Kristen is a Club Tech at Anytime Fitness, a Boston transplant, a mother of five, and an Army veteran.
She has been a member since shortly after the club opened, where she discovered her love for lifting and embraced fitness as a lifestyle. Outside the gym, Kristen and her family enjoy staying active through sports, dancing, and outdoor adventures.

Andy began his journey at Anytime Fitness as a member and quickly fell in love with the welcoming community.
Now part of the team, he takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for members while continuing to pursue his passion for weightlifting. He is also a proud father who values time with his family. For Andy, Anytime Fitness truly feels like a second home.

Manager
Joelene Rodgers is the Manager at Anytime Fitness in Oak Hill. She joined the gym in November 2018 and never imagined it would evolve into a career — and eventually a leadership role.
Starting her fitness journey unsure of where to begin, Joelene discovered a passion for health and for helping others succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dog, baking, and spending time with family.

Tussey

Manager
Lauren is a former USS Strongwoman hailing from the foothills of Kentucky. She joined the Anytime Fitness family in February 2021 and currently serves as Manager of the Teays Valley location as well as Marketing Director for our other local franchises. Passionate about fitness, community, and helping others reach their goals, Lauren brings energy and dedication to everything she does. When she’s not at the gym, you can find her sipping coffee, crafting, or cuddling with her Pitbull, Ronald.
