Hi! My name is Randi and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise). I have always had a great love for health and fitness, and having a job that allows me to share that with other people is one of my greatest achievements.
I have competed in two NPC Figure Shows, and have run multiple 5K's. I love working with people of all ability levels and can adjust to help everyone reach their goals. My favorite part of my job is helping people push themselves past what they thought they were capable of, and seeing that look of pride on their face once they know they can do so much more.
I suffered a back injury when I was 21 years old that put a large dent in my physical fitness, and have since learned how to work around it. I love helping other people rediscover a life of fitness after feeling that maybe something stopped them from being able to do so. I cannot WAIT to start working with you and getting you to your goals. Lets get started today!
