Having been in the gym for 17 years, Cory understands the power of consistency and hard work. With a year of personal training experience, he specializes in strength training, helping members build both physical and mental fortitude. His approach goes beyond lifting—he takes a philosophical perspective on fitness, believing that training the body also strengthens the mind and spirit. Chesnie’s been flipping, flying, and loving fitness since she could walk, literally. She fell in love with gymnastics at just 2 years old and has been repping a local team since 2018. Growing up with Troy (aka our awesome owner) as her dad, the fitness lifestyle is basically in her DNA. When she’s not crushing it at practice or getting in a solid lift, Chesnie’s chasing sunshine on the water or off exploring somewhere new. Next year, she’s gearing up to take on college life, where she’ll be studying business and marketing. We’re so pumped to have her energy, drive, and bright spirit at West Lawn.
