Hey guys! I’m Kat! I’m a certified personal trainer and proud member of the U.S Army. I first got into fitness for aesthetics. My self-esteem was extremely low, and I was struggling with an eating disorder called bulimia. I almost passed out once during a workout and I knew then I needed to create healthy habits. I hired a personal trainer and learned how to establish a healthy relationship with food. I fell in love with the way it helped shape my mindset and of course the confidence I gained from the results. I’m a firm believer that “health is wealth”. It is important that we take care of our mind and body. It is a passion of mine to help others create healthy habits and unlock their full potential. Hey! I'm Aleck Syms. What sets me apart as a trainer? As a black belt in Taekwondo with over 10 years of training to playing varsity football, I've always embraced athletics in every form. Physical activity has always been a crucial part of my life. I have spent over 3 years teaching and instructing martial arts through group fitness classes and private sessions. I've also helped clients across the U.S. through online fitness training, using methods I've developed over the years. My passion for fitness and personal training stems from a genuine desire to learn and help others achieve their goals. What brings me the most joy is witnessing the mental transformation that comes with physical progress. I was introduced to fitness by sports growing up; from swimming, baseball, basketball, Tae Kwon Do. Sure enough, I was introduced to weight lifting while playing football in high school. With all the problems I created in my head, the weight room was where I was able to clear my mind. This sparked my interest in learning more about the body so I pursued a Bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science at Syracuse University. Once I returned from college, I went through an even bigger rabbit hole of improving my movement and was inspired to become a trainer. The goal in mind was to help like minded individuals that believed improving their movement would inspire them to improve their physical health. Intentionally working daily to improve my movement was a gateway into my psychosocial personal development and I intend to share this with experience with everyone I come across.

Hey! I’m Gazel and I am an avid fitness enthusiast who really enjoys helping and encouraging people to be their healthiest self. At age 23, I gained 45lbs and felt obese and unhealthy. Since then I’ve made health and fitness a priority in my life. I’m a proud member of the United States Marine Corps as it gave me the strength and discipline to maintain an active lifestyle. I enjoy the outdoors, running, weight training, sports and craft beer, so being in good health plays a major role.
As a General Manager I love to be able to listen to everyone’s fitness journeys and provide guidance to reach their goals and teach them everything I’ve learned in all my experiences and time spent in gyms and with the military.
