Coach Feras is a retired Basketball, Football, and volleyball athlete. He’s been a trainer for more than 3 years and has been with Anytime Fitness since early 2022. His passion within fitness is to guide and help members get on the right track to hitting their goals and taking care of themselves outside the gym. He has experience helping people with weight loss, muscle toning, power increase, endurance building and increasing flexibility. Other than that, he looks forward to meet any and everybody!

Hi my name is Phoenix I’ve been a member for Anytime Fitness for 14 years and a trainer for five years. I’m a full time mom of two kids 19 and 15. My goals in life is to continually learning everyday and becoming the best version of myself no matter the challenges I face.

I am very passionate about working out and inspiring people to reach their optimal level of health and fitness. I used to train and teach aerobics and love working in the fitness industry.

Hi, my name is Michelle. I started working out 3 years ago because I wanted to change my lifestyle and feel confident. I did boxing when I was 15 years old and I did 10 amateur fights, in general I love sports. Sometimes the journey was difficult but the results are worth it, never give up. I like motivating people to help them get started in their own fitness journey and to keep growing.

Hello Everyone, my names Phoenix! Im a certified Personal Trainer and a highly motivated mother of two! I love exercising, goal setting, and hitting those goals for myself and for my clients! I enjoy all types of exercise from HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) to yoga. I am certified in recovery and yoga as well! I’m currently in school working get my license in Massage Therapy to broaden my knowledge on the body and all its individual systems. I think my continued interest and willingness to learn about the body is what sets me apart from others. I hope to see you in the gym next time you’re there! If you see me, let’s chat!!

Fitness saved my life. 100lbs into my weightloss journey with some miles to go. Its my mission to spread the knowledge that being active and part of a healthy gym community is the magic pill to changing your mind, body and life.

My fitness journey began late 2017 after finding out I had leukemia in 2016 the moment I got in remission I wanted to make a change that would impact my life forever. I got into fitness and haven’t looked back. Lost over 100 pounds and now 6 years later the journey has been well worth it. I am a certified trainer through NASM and want to help others with their fitness journey to become the best version of themselves.

I used to be skinny and struggled to build muscle, but through dedication and smart training, I transformed my physique. Now, I’m passionate about helping other achieve their fitness goals - whether it’s gaining strength, improving endurance, or building confidence in the gym. No matter where you start, progress is always possible!

Missy's love for movement and fitness started at age 3 when her parents enrolled her in ballet because she couldn't stop dancing. The passion has only grown since then and now she has added a love of lifting, yoga, HIIT and barre. When Missy is not managing the club, training clients and leading group you will find her having fun with her five kids who keep her busy and laughing. She also loves walking along the lakeshore and River Walk and forever will be a city girl. Missy describes her training style as upbeat and determined just like her personality!

Magda is our area director as well as a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who first joined Anytime Fitness as a member - and loved it so much she took a job as a coach here! She has a soft spot for introverts who are new to the gym since she was one during her teenage years. Her specializations include weight management, behavior change, holistic nutrition, and kettlebell workouts.
