• Mass Gain/Hypertrophy Training – I was 105lbs when I started weight training. Now, I’m a solid 175. Want to get bigger? Me too. I’ve done it. Still doing it. Want to join me? Let’s do it!
• Strength/Cardio endurance – All show, no go? What’s the point of having muscles with no power behind it? We can train your muscles up to put in the work that they look like they should be able to handle. And there are more ways to get cardio in than a treadmill. Zumba, anyone?
