Don graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and Wellness, and has been working as a Fitness Coach for over 5 years. He is also Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Certified, Levels 1 and 2.
Growing up, Don played a lot of sports including basketball, baseball, and soccer. Inspired by watching his grandfather swim 25 laps a day and still lifting weights in his 80’s, Don became passionate about living a long healthy life, and teaching others how to do the same.
Don is a family man with 2 kids, and understands the importance of community. He loves helping people, and looks forward to building community through fitness.

I've always been active throughout life. Soccer and baseball during school, group classes like Spinning during college, and a lifetime of hiking from CA to CO, to CT! My favorite ways to stay active are hiking with my family, swing dancing, & bootcamps!
I grew up down the street from Powder Ridge. I lived my college years in San Luis Obispo, CA,and worked for a winery in Paso Robles before moving back to CT to raise a family. I have 2 kids, my favorite destination is anything tropical, and music is my motivator.

Anna got into fitness at a young age. In high school she worked with her high schools athletic trainer and fell in love with helping athletes and youths better themselves. After College, Anna got into strength training 15 years ago and has enjoyed seeing people become stronger versions of themselves; Mentally and Physically. She got into powerlifting 5 years ago, and has competed at 5 meets with RPS and USAPL.
Anna has a B.S. in Exercise Science with a Minor in Health from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. She is a NASM Certified personal trainer, FMS-Level 1, CPR and AED certified!

Gregg is a W.I.T.S. Level 2 Certified Personal Trainer and a NAUI Certified SCUBA Diver! He has a B.S. in Art/Illustration from State University of New York, Fredonia and 20+ years of Retail/Wholesale Management experience!
Gregg had completed 4 Tough Mudders,6 Ragnar Trail Races, 4 Rugged Maniacs, 2 Half Marathons as well as 50k and 50 mile Endurance races. All AFTER the age of 40! It’s NEVER too late. Just Keep Moving!

Kyle has been a coach for 13 years working with professional athletes, patients in physical therapy, and with the general population. He played almost every sport throughout his life and currently enjoys playing golf, basketball, softball and volleyball. He is a former strongman competitor and if size is your goal, he is your guy!
Kyle graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science, an ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist (HFS), FMS and CPR/AED Certified.

Jon has had a lifelong interest in fitness and athletics. When not throwing hay bales on his family's farm, he swam and wrestled in high school and got deeply involved in strength and conditioning, pursuing his interest in training throughout college and his career. Jon worked closely with many Olympic sports athletes during his tenure with the USOC in Lake Placid, after which he moved to NYC and worked as a personal trainer before transitioning into fitness management. Jon loves helping people improve performance and overcome obstacles.

Fred has worked out all his life and has always had a passion for fitness! Fred has been in the Fitness Industry for 15+ years and has a dregree in Sports Management.
Fred played lacrosse throughout high school and college. He now enjoys coaching his kids lacrosse teams! He is the SHS Booster Vice President. In his free time he likes to fish and workout out with his kids, play with his chocolate lab puppy, and cook dinners with his wife!

Those who know me, know that I am fairly obsessed with fitness.
I live life fit. This goes for inside and outside the gym, and involves my nutrition as well as training. I have been involved in athletics on and off all my life. My fitness journey started with organized sports through college (soccer, track and field). Then as life and my career progressed, in Bank Marketing and Sales, I evolved to being a long distance runner, competing in half marathons. More recently (for the past 8 years) I now train as a bodybuilder and also enjoy yoga. My time in corporate america taught me the value of overall wellness and the need to focus on self care to achieve quality of life outside of the workplace. I feel very fortunate now to bring my professional skills and my personal passion together, Being an Areas Sales Manager in the fitness industry is a dream come true.
