I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2017. I am also certified as a Fitness Nutrition Coach and Ante/Post Natal Instructor. I have been with Anytime Fitness since 2018. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2015. From the beginning, I knew I wanted to help both men and women live their healthiest, happiest lives. I’ve coached 1-on-1 clients and lead group training sessions.
My passion for coaching and educating my clients is evident. I believe that training and balanced nutrition are equally important when starting a fitness journey. As someone who has competed in three bodybuilding competitions and participated in several races—5Ks, 10Ks, and a half marathon—I truly practice what I preach.

I became overweight in my early teenage years and didn’t realize how unhappy I was with myself until my best friend pushed me and got me into the gym around my 20th birthday. It didn’t take me long to see the changes in my physical appearance but more importantly the mental changes I went through. I saw how much happier and confident I was in myself and that is a feeling everyone deserves to have. Ever since then it has become a passion of mine to help people become physically healthier and help people reach that same feeling of true happiness within themselves.

I started working out back in 2007 to help build confidence and excel in sports. Training has helped instill a lot of key values in my life such as discipline and consistency. The gym also has helped me a lot with mental health, serving as a healthy outlet to relieve stress. I learned right away as long as I keep showing up and putting in the work, results will be achieved. As I progressed, I decided to dive into bodybuilding, competing in multiple competitions. I also worked as an EMT for 3 years and discovered I have a passion for helping others. This all led me to deciding I want to become a personal trainer to help people achieve their goals and be happier in their day-to-day lives. In 2019 I started a meal prep business to aid individuals in maintaining nutrition and healthy eating habits. Alongside this venture, I've been training clients since 2021, specializing in strength training, muscle building, and weight loss.

I have dealt with trials and tribulations in my life (as we all do) and found through my own experience just how vital fitness was for me not only on a physical level, but on an emotional and mental level as well. Two key concepts that I live by today are: striving for progress rather than perfection and learning to become comfortable in the uncomfortable.
