I bring people happiness and energy by helping them find a balance between exercising the mind and the training the body. My background in personal training (AFAA and Fittour) extends 16 years and includes special area interests such as senior wellness, Pilates, functional fitness, spin, group exercise and total body conditioning. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Walden University with special interest in stress management and personal health and wellness and am currently pursuing my Masters in Health Education and Promotion with a special interest in individual and community health and policy/advocacy. My educational attainments and professional development allow me to work with people so that they may achieve their personal health and wellness goals. My own personal life experiences along with my academic achievements fuel my passion for health and wellness.

Hollie is a daughter of the most high God and a mother of 2 children. She is NASM Certified in personal training and has many years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a previous owner of 2 fitness studios in Middle GA where she specialized in small group H.I.I.T(High intensity interval training), one on one training, and has experience in bodybuilding competitions. This type of training is time efficient and her goal is to get you looking and feeling your best as quickly as possible. She can modify to anyone's fitness level. Working with Hollie you will see improvements in form, confidence, strength, endurance and body composition, in a fun and motivating environment. PAULA DEVOE is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Weight Loss Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist an is certified in Les Mills "Body Pump". Her 25 years of individual sports and fitness experience drive a science based approach to integrated training including: balance, flexibility, stabilization and increased muscle, bone and joint strength. Paula's personalized, supportive coaching style guide clients to achieve their goals and if desired long term weight loss.

Darrell is a Naples native who grew up playing local sports, and was a football and basketball coach for over 20 years. His hobbies include working out, playing tennis, swimming, and volunteering in youth sports and canine rescue training. Darrell is a (NASM) National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and (CNC) Certified Nutrition Coach. Darrell also holds certifications from NASM that include TRX Coaching Certification, (SFS) Senior Fitness Specialist, (SNS) Sports Nutrition Specialist, and (PES) Performance Enhancement Specialist. Darrell is always furthering his education in the personal training field including attending NASM OPTIMA 2017, and 2019 conferences in Scottsdale and Phoenix Arizona, hosted by Master Trainers from around the world.

Sophie was born in France and raised in Brazil, where she received her education. She has a bachelors in Kinesiology at the University of Sao Paulo and post graduated in sports nutrition at the University Gama Filho in Sao Paulo. Her passion for fitness and all of the associated benefits that come with it made her eager to further her knowledge and expertise. She has been a personal trainer for more than 25 years and has an extensive background in weight lifting and functional training, while specializing in strength training, weight loss and full body health. She puts an emphasis on perfect form, in order to achieve the best results from each workout. Everyone has a different starting point and has different needs and therefore requires a unique workout to achieve their goal.

Jimmy is a dedicated physical trainer with over 4 years of experience in weightlifting and over 15 years in martial arts. His extensive background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the body's mechanics , full potential, and recovery processes. Jimmy is well-versed in effective stretching techniques that enhance flexibility, prevent injury, and support optimal performance. He also incorporates nutritional guidance into his training programs, helping clients fuel their bodies effectively for optimal energy, recovery, and overall health. His comprehensive approach combines discipline, strength, and mobility to help clients unlock and achieve their fitness goals with confidence and precision.
