I have been working out since 2018 and participated in powerlifting events and am really into understanding the fundamentals when it comes to training.
Strength training is a big part of what I do, but it's not the only thing. I'm here to provide guidance to those in need.
I've tried it all: commercial diets, fasting, cutting, bulking—you name it!
I've been in that place before, just like anyone who comes to the gym to better themselves, to be healthy, and to be there not only for their loved ones but also for their loved ones' loved ones. I was at a real low point in my life, and ever since I started working out, it changed me into a whole new, positive person. Everyone should feel that way too.
If you're looking for that push, that one thing to keep you going, the motivation to strive for more, the reason to keep going, I'll be there to make sure you get where you need to be.

I’m a former athlete who played collegiate basketball. I originally got into fitness to help me excel in my sport but overtime I grew to love the gym aspect of it the most. The gym is where I had seen myself and others around me grow not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. Watching people push themselves, is one of the most amazing things I’ve seen in the gym, and I look forward to seeing more of it in my journey with Anytime Fitness. With that being said, I hope to be able to help others down their path to better health, fitness, and or recovery.

I have been passionate about exercise since I was young. I was a two-sport athlete in high school and played Division I baseball at Ball State University. After college, I played two years of Independent Professional Baseball in Maryland and Indiana. Personal training has always interested me ever since I started lifting weights in college. My goal is to share the knowledge and experiences I’ve gained over time to help others effectively achieve their goals. When I’m not personal training, I serve as the Head Baseball Coach and Strength and Conditioning Coach at a high school. I also run a travel baseball organization. Building relationships, helping others, and increasing motivation are my main goals, and I strive to achieve them every day. I’m excited about the opportunity to make an impact!

I made an intentional decision to have a career in the field of Health and Wellness. I have personal testaments that prove when you commit to a fitness program your overall mind and physical health improves. I have controlled my own personal illnesses like hypertension and chronic low back pain by committing to a lifestyle adjustment that included physical fitness and nutritional changes. This position is not just a job for me, I am excited to share my love and passion about prioritizing oneself through self-care. Making the choice to step into the field of fitness in 2020, until this very present moment, has brought much joy. Experiencing a side of strength, a stronger stamina, and health improvement has changed my life for the better. I have beat many odds since stepping into this field. Including beating diabetes. That has led the foundation to help ensure others that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. This position isn't just a 9 to 5, but a testament to help others that are seeking a better health journey. Reminding them that as long as you have a desire to seek strength, and to build a strong stamina, anything is possible.
