I got into fitness around 6 years ago, with the main focus being weight loss goals. I started weight training, changed eating habits and lost 40 lbs. Sharing the gym knowledge i've gained through the years and watching clients surprise themselves with their own strengths are some of my favorite aspects of being a coach. My current fitness goal is to trim down a little for the warm months but overall feel stronger. Some of my hobbies outside of the gym include doing hair at the Head to Toe Salon and spending time on the farm.

Hey, everyone! I live on a farm with my 2 daughters and husband of 27 years. I am a full time nurse and in my free time I enjoy working outside on the farm, spending time with family, kayaking, running and working with people. I recently earned my NASM CPT, and I hope to motivate people to better their overall health, mentally and physically through personal training. I am looking forward to helping people find confidence in themselves becoming healthier, stronger, and fit!

Hi Guys! I’m Kadie, your Club Manager in St. Albans. In my free time I like to enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family. Fitness has always been a part of my life in one way or the other. Looking for a way to stay active after high school sports I found St. Albans Anytime Fitness. Joining the gym and participating in the training program helped me in a very difficult time in my life. The gym is not always about your physical strength but your mental strength as well. Seeing the change that was being made daily in people’s lives, I knew that this was something that I had to be a part of. Now, everyday I get to help people realize their true potential and help them make healthy happen!

Hey Everyone! I am Oris Carney your Personal Trainer. I am 30 years old and grew up in Evans, WV. I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2015. I love watching my clients develop more confidence, gain strength, and feel better overall in everyday life. My fitness goals have changed over time, and now, being healthy and having enough energy to keep up with my dogs is my priority. Some of my favorite workouts include resistance training, HIIT, and kettlebell training. I look forward to helping you reach your health and fitness goals!

Hi! My name is Sheryl and I am a personal trainer here at Ripley Anytime Fitness. I am also a Certified Nutrition Coach, Athletic Trainer, and Health and Well-being Coach. Fitness has been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad was a track and cross-country coach and shared his love of fitness with my siblings. Now, as the mom of three teenagers, I am working to make my health and fitness a priority once again. Now that my kids are mostly grown and independent, I have finally been able to focus on my own health and wellness again. While I may not be able to keep up with my kids on runs anymore, I do enjoy being active with them doing things such as pickleball, disc golf, biking and whatever else we find that interests us! Some of my other favorite hobbies include sports photography, walking, and hiking. I look forward to sharing my education and experience with my clients to help them reach their health and fitness goals!
