I am a native from Mexico but have been living in Indiana since 2005. I started to get into Fitness and Nutrition around 2018, I tried every exercise class I could find and I also worked with a Coach.
During my own journey I realized I wanted Fitness/Wellness to be my career. I started to feel an urge of wanting to help others become the best version of themselves. I got my Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Trainer and Nutrition certificates and changed my career trajectory. I have experience teaching Yoga, Strength, Barre, Spinning and Pilates.

My experience as a Fitness Coach since 2010 has made me realize and appreciate that the human anatomy and physiology is a magnificent work of God that should be utilized according to its purpose and design. Everyone regardless of age and fitness level should have a chance to access an optimized level of their human bodies, whether for basic human functions such as walking, running, throwing or lifting, up to a sport performance level with minimal risk of injuries. I specialize in Human Biomechanics, Corrective Exercises (NASM-CES), Sports Performance, Strength and Conditioning. Since then, I have hosted and attended events, ran multiple clubs, listened to many members' stories, have been a spotter more than once, and show my face on social media pretty regularly. I am very passionate about health and wellness as a whole. I have dealt with trials and tribulations in my life (as we all do) and found through my own experience just how vital fitness was for me not only on a physical level, but on an emotional and mental level as well. My goal is to provide hope and to help others overcome their struggles in order to become the best possible version of themselves. Two key concepts that I live by today are: striving for progress rather than perfection and learning to become comfortable in the uncomfortable.
