We want to give a huge shout out to our awesome member @adam.chiangharris for the awesome work he’s been putting in at the gym! When he came to us Adam had a goal of putting on 30 lbs of lean body mass. 8 months into his journey with the guidance of Coach @lauryn.kroll he has successfully put on 17 lbs of mass 💪🏼 Your dedication to living your best life and consistency in the gym is so inspiring! We are all so proud of you! Keep slaying 🙌🏽
