Trainer
Will has approximately 15 years of fitness training experience. Because each individual has specific needs and goals, he makes a concerted effort to educate, inform and motivate each client through careful and meticulous instruction. Whether training the average working professional or coaching an inspiring young athlete, he believes that it is important to incorporate creative body maneuvers into his sessions (plyometric, explosive movements, dynamic stretches, etc.). Thus making each session challenging, fun and his clientele achieving greater results. By taking this approach, he has helped many people of all ages accomplish their goals of having a fuller, healthier and happier lifestyle.

Trainer
Zach’s drive for coaching stems from his helpful nature and his passion for fitness. Zach finds great fun and satisfaction in overcoming the challenges that come with helping each of his beloved clients reach their goals. As the late pro bodybuilder, John Meadows said, "Forget about what other people think, and find what works well for you." Zach took this advice and used it to transform his own self, as well as many others. When he is not in the gym, you'll find him out in nature or working on his next big art project.

Meaghan is from Rising Sun Maryland and went to Towson University. She has been an athlete her whole life and played collegiate field hockey at the D2 level. She enjoys all types of exercises, but mostly strength training. Outside the gym, she enjoys taking her dogs for walks and hanging out with her friends.

Julie’s passion for living a healthy lifestyle began with a health scare and a wakeup call in 2014. What started as a diet challenge to “lose a few pounds” turned into a lifestyle change and a commitment to giving the best version of herself on a daily basis. She joined Crossfit/OCR and with that, found a whole new set of goals to strive for, with a “never settle” attitude. Julie is a board member for Tender Hearts, a local non-profit organization, focused on their mission of supporting medically fragile children in order to create a better quality of life.

Jason is our Regional Club Manager. His background in Retail Sales and management combined with his passion for health and fitness allows him to anticipate the needs of our members. Jason is an elite obstacle course racer and invites all to come out and give it a try. Never hesitate to stop Jason to ask a question or say hello as he loves meeting new people!
