Born and raised in Northern Virginia, I moved down to Austin in order to stay close to my grandparents in 2021. I’ve enjoyed spending time playing basketball up to the college level, but found out how much you need to take care of your body through active stretching and movement. After having a tough trainer myself in high school, this became my passion, and I look forward to passing as much information as I can to you! I hope to help everyone I can achieve their fitness goals safely and efficiently, while keeping things fun and interesting. You can do a lot more than you know, and I’ll be here with you every step of the way!

I’m originally from the Jersey Shore, and I've lived in Boston and New York City before making my way to Austin in 2019 to start fresh. Outside of the gym, you’ll catch me playing in kickball, soccer, and pickleball leagues – I’m even the captain of my kickball team! Fitness has been part of my life since high school, when my dad and I trained with a family friend who was a personal trainer. I always knew I wanted to follow that path but hadn’t taken the leap until recently. Now, I get to share my love for bootcamps and HIIT workouts with others, and I’m passionate about building the kind of community that makes fitness fun. My goal is for everyone I train to walk away having learned something new and to actually look forward to their workouts. Can’t wait to work with you and help you reach your goals!

Through my own journey, I discovered that intentional movement not only improves strength and mobility but also fosters mental clarity and emotional balance. With over 700 hours of yoga training, a NASM certification, and expertise in mat Pilates, I specialize in core and lower back strength, mobility development, and breath techniques. My training philosophy prioritizes longevity, injury prevention, and body awareness, ensuring clients feel both strong and supported in their fitness journey. Whether working with beginners or seasoned athletes, my goal is to create a sustainable, safe, and empowering training experience.

I am a recent graduate of Tarleton State University class of 2016, in which I graduated with two degrees in Business Administration as well as Management. I was introduced to the fitness world at a young age through baseball and basketball. That early love helped my drive into football, track and field and powerlifting during my high school days. With all the competitive training I have had, it has definitely instilled solid experience that I incorporate into my clients as well as my own regimen. With that passion for fitness always going strong; that led to my desire for my certification to be a Personal Trainer through ACE. I always found a love and sense of fulfillment by helping those close to me attain a level of health and fitness they have always wanted. Instilling a love for a healthy lifestyle and fitness is something I want all my members to achieve. I'm always here to help. Remember, if it was easy we wouldn't do it!

With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I am dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where you can pursue and achieve your goals. My background encompasses physical therapy and performance enhancement, and I am passionate about fostering growth and developing leaders who can thrive in their own pursuits. I believe that a positive environment is essential for long-term success in health and fitness. I look forward to meeting each of you and discussing your aspirations! Outside of the gym, you can find me exploring new hiking and mountain biking trails, rock climbing, golfing, riding my street bike, or spending quality time with friends and family.

With over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry and almost 3 years as a NASM certified personal trainer, fitness is my life. From athletics and endurance training to combat sports and body building I’ve done it all and I’m truly passionate about passing my knowledge on to you! In my personal life I’m a huge sports fanatic following the Horns, Spurs and Giants so feel free to pop by my office to talk ball.
