Since I was little, I have always had a passion for health & fitness. Growing up in the fitness industry, my earliest memories were always going to my mom’s gym everyday after school and going to fitness conferences. Growing up as an athlete, I ended up convert mingy passion into a career! I'm a personal trainer, group instructor & VP of Operations for Anytime Fitness. I have been with the AF company for going on 7 years now & have overseen operations at over 15 AF locations at this point! My goal is to motivate & inspire others and help people get started with their fitness journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
