Julie is a spunky mom of 3 young kids making her way back into the work world after being a stay at home mom for 5 years. Losing her baby belly and becoming toned again is a huge fitness goal for her, especially having to keep up with her little rascals at home. She’s a regular in classes but is also working with Coach Em to help her reach her ultimate fitness goals.
Fun Fact: Julie was a certified ballroom dance instructor and professional ballroom competitor for 6 years. She’s looking forward to becoming a personal trainer in the future.

Fitness and health have been lifelong passions for Coach Yvette. She became a trainer to combine her passions for fitness and health with her passion for helping people. Physical activity is so important through all stages of life, and Yvette hopes to provide others with the tools she's gained over the years to help them achieve lifelong health. It's a journey and one that requires hard work, patience, and accountability. She's honored to be a part of your journey and to help you be your best!
Fun Fact: I enjoy riding horses and learning horsemanship (i.e. how to be a better human for my horse). I also worked at a guest and cattle ranch in Montana! Once a cowgirl always a cowgirl!

Tanner has played basketball competitively for over 20 years. He attended Fresno State for two years, then transferred to Chico State where he graduated with a business degree. After college, he pursued a career in professional basketball, playing in five different countries over the past six years, including Europe, Australia, and Canada. His passion for fitness has always been a driving force in my life, and he believes that with the right guidance, anyone can lead a healthy lifestyle. His brother is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has always looked to him for advice on his training styles as an athlete. Nowadays, they both enjoy discussing fitness and helping each other grow. Outside of the gym, He loves to travel and experience new cultures, and he hope to see as much of the world as possible in his lifetime.

Coach Beth began her fitness journey nearly a decade ago when she quit her corporate desk job as a financial advisor and decided to reclaim her life. She didn't look or feel good then, especially on the inside, but that changed as she started to exercise. Getting fit is not a quick or easy process, because fitness is not a destination, it's a way of life! Now with years of experience as a certified master trainer, Coach Beth feels honored to help others on their journeys to become not only fitter but more importantly, happier.
Fun Fact: When she is not working, you will probably find Beth upside down somewhere, whether it's in a handstand, on the aerial silks, or on a rollercoaster, she seems to like the view of the world better this way.

Misted Forest (pronouns they/them) is a holistic movement teacher, wellness coach, accessibility/disability advocate, artist and educator. They are currently getting their Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy at Dominican University. Their passion is helping folks achieve their dreams in and out of the gym. They specialize in motivation, time management, and getting the most out of each workout. Misted grew up doing a variety of sports including competitive swim team, water polo, ice skating and more.

Fun Fact: Misted has five guinea pigs and makes them their own homes, toys and costumes.

Coach Kirstin believes in building her clients' strengths physically and emotionally as well as their confidence in the gym. She has always strived to live an active and healthy lifestyle and encourages her clients, friends, and family to do the same. Kirstin loves her life as a soccer mom to her two amazing kids.
Fun Fact: Coach Kirstin takes every chance she gets to travel and explore new places with her family.

Coach Richard beame immediately hooked on Zumba after attending his first class twelve years ago. In 2018, he became a certified Zumba instructor. Richard has training in music and dance, and he used to freelance in the Bay Area as a classical flutist. What he loves most about Zumba is that it's easily accessible with no training required in music or dance. You get to move and groove, and it's just like a big party. Come join him, you'll have a blast!
Fun Fact: Coach Richard loves carnival rides, especially roller coasters!

Coach Em is passionate about helping people reach their health and fitness goals to feel more comfortable, confident and strong in their bodies. She has always lived an active lifestyle, from sports and martial arts experience to working in outdoor recreation. Em loves reminding herself and others that fitness can not only be empowering, but also fun, and enjoys helping people succeed in achieving their aspirations.
Fun Fact: Em’s proudest physical achievement was solo-summiting Mount Shasta in a single day

Coach Nancy had always been active and healthy until facing some health issues. After gaining weight, she hired a personal trainer for help. Once she lost over 60 lbs and got in the best shape of her life, she decided she wanted to help others reach their goals the same way her trainer helped her. Having been the client and the trainer, Coach Nancy understands the struggles with getting into shape. She is very committed to helping her clients reach their fitness goals.
Fun Fact: When Coach Nancy is not training, she juggles running a home business as well as spending time with her six grandchildren.

Originally from San Diego, Nicole has been working in the fitness industry since 2014. She was introduced to fitness after joining group classes at the YMCA at 16, and was inspired by the support and directions from coaches. She quickly became a coach and instructor to help others find their joy in exercise. Having experienced what it’s like to be new to the gym, Nicole enjoys helping others build confidence on their fitness journeys, believing that success comes from consistency and enjoyment. In recent years, she has focused on training clients with major medical diagnoses, including cancer. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and reading at the beach.

Karyl is a proud mom of two, balancing motherhood with her passions for gardening, cycling, and self-improvement. With a background in nutrition and endurance sports, she embraces healthy living and an active lifestyle. Her experience includes organizing major fundraisers like Bike for Breath and long-distance rides for causes such as leukemia, diabetes, and the AIDS Life Cycle. Karyl’s enthusiasm shines through in everything she does, whether cheering on her kids, tending to her garden, or pursuing new challenges.

Paige is a force of nature, both on and off the water. Though an avid volleyball player in her youth, two ACL tears didn't slow her down - instead, she found her true passion in paddle boarding and kayaking on the picturesque Russian River. Surrounded by her impressive menagerie of 18 animals, including an African Tortoise, two cats, three dogs, two bunnies, and ten chickens, Paige is deeply committed to feeling good about herself and living life to the fullest. A true inspiration, Paige glides across the water with grace and embodies a zest for adventure.

Kristin, aka K-Lo, has a rich background in sports, deeply valuing the transformative power of physical activity. With 8 years of experience teaching indoor cycling, she thrives on the energy and quick pace of classes driven by rhythmic beats and vibrant music. Beyond her enthusiasm for fitness, Kristin is dedicated to nurturing her body with wholesome, seasonal foods. A native of the Bay Area, she harbors a profound love for nature—be it snow-capped mountains, tranquil waters, or rugged terrains, she finds joy in every setting. Recently, Kristin embarked on a journey with Coach Hector to explore innovative and enjoyable methods of physical conditioning.

Dale has been in the fitness industry for over 18 years. Her certifications include Personal Training, Yoga, Nutrition, Kettlebells, TRX, Pilates, and more! Dale's philosophy on staying fit is to drink lots of water, eat your vegetables, and eat and drink mindfully and in moderation. She encourages others to find fun ways to move their bodies, spend time in nature, meditate, and breathe deeply.
Fun Fact: Dale’s hobbies include hiking, running Spartan races, spending time in nature (especially at the Russian River), and going to museums and concerts.
