Liam became involved in fitness at a young age when, as declared by coaches, he was hatched from a soccer ball. He continued to play soccer all the way through college, where he discovered a passion for understanding the mental aspect of fitness and athletics.
After graduating from college in 2017, Liam went on to work with children in a psychiatric hospital for several years, while simultaneously learning first-hand the many mental health benefits of exercise and weight lifting, both from himself and the many children and adolescents he worked with. This experience, paired with his love for the science of health and fitness, led him to pursue a career in the field of personal training. Liam is currently in his first year as a fitness coach with Anytime Fitness.

Don graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and Wellness, and has been working as a Fitness Coach for over 5 years. He is also Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Certified, Levels 1 and 2.
Growing up, Don played a lot of sports including basketball, baseball, and soccer. Inspired by watching his grandfather swim 25 laps a day and still lifting weights in his 80’s, Don became passionate about living a long healthy life, and teaching others how to do the same.
Don is a family man with 2 kids, and understands the importance of community. He loves helping people, and looks forward to building community through fitness.

Anna got into fitness at a young age. In high school she worked with her high schools athletic trainer and fell in love with helping athletes and youths better themselves. After College, Anna got into strength training 15 years ago and has enjoyed seeing people become stronger versions of themselves; Mentally and Physically. She got into powerlifting 5 years ago, and has competed at 5 meets with RPS and USAPL.
Anna has a B.S. in Exercise Science with a Minor in Health from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. She is a NASM Certified personal trainer, FMS-Level 1, CPR and AED certified!

Tod graduated from Becker College in Worcester, MA with a degree in Business Management. He worked in Operations management for 20 years and always been physically active. Tod has always had a passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals which is what motivated him to get his personal trainer certification. He is NASM certified as well as CPR- First Aid- AED certified.
The best part of my job is my clients and the people I get to help get healthier everyday. I love watching them make progress and do things that they didn’t think they could do!

I have always enjoyed working out on my own and staying active with my neices and nephews. In my previous roles, I coached for over 5 years many athletes at the collegiate level in various sports. The best part of my job as a coach is helping other achieve their goal and putting a smile on their face!
I am passionate about helping other with stress management, have a proper work-life balance, and the importance of sleep and have my own blog that I publish on the topics.
Fun Fact: I recently traveled to Australia where I took surfing lessons and even went skydiving!

Jesse grew up playing soccer his whole life and with a lot of dedication and determination, he was able to play at the University of Connecticut. During his time playing in college is when he developed a strong passion for the fitness side of training, and went on to coach soccer and teach speed and agility training after graduating from school.
When he's not training you can find him hiking around the state with his dog Sunny, or watching his favorite soccer team Liverpool FC.

Kyle has been a coach for 13 years working with professional athletes, patients in physical therapy, and with the general population. He played almost every sport throughout his life and currently enjoys playing golf, basketball, softball and volleyball. He is a former strongman competitor and if size is your goal, he is your guy!
Kyle graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science, an ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist (HFS), FMS and CPR/AED Certified.

My favorite ways to stay healthy are working out and finding new places to hike throughout Connecticut, Vermont, & upstate New York.
When I was in high school I was overweight in excess of about 100 lbs and wasn't happy with the person I was becoming so I took it upon myself to do something about it and drop the weight. In a little over a year I was able to loose 96 lbs, feeling better than ever after dropping the weight I became infatuated with fitness. I now strive to help others do the same and become healthier versions of themselves.
The best part of my job is helping people realize what system needs to be put in place to achieve their goals and ultimately watching them get to the goal they originally set for themselves.
Fun Fact: I like reading about psychology, watching stand up comedy, and love road trips!

After undergoing my own weight loss journey, I realized that I wanted to help others do the same and become healthier-- not only physically, but also mentally. For over 10 years, I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of clients, young and old, achieve their goals and it has been the most rewarding part of my life.
My favorite way to stay active is strength training/powerlifting, a cornerstone of my physical and mental health. I train in martial arts, play volleyball with friends, and have competed in numerous kickboxing tournaments.
The best part of my job is helping other people become the best version of themselves. Watching people do things that they never thought was possible is what this career is all about
