Trainer
Ken is an avid and passionate student of health and nutrition. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast Ken has competed in countless road races, practiced powerlifting and once held the push-up record at Hyde Park Gym of Austin. Ken has a B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He obtained his personal training certification from UT Austin Professional Development and is also a CDC certified Pre-Diabetes Lifestyle Coach.

Hi, I'm Erik! I'm your friendly neighborhood personal trainer certified through ACE Fitness. As someone who knows how challenging it is to begin the health and fitness journey, I specialize in those with zero experience. I make your goals my goals and work with you to achieve them. If you need some accountability or need to learn to perform an exercise, I'm your guy! For those already with experience seeking a new challenge, I enjoy pushing you to the next level. Anyone from limited mobility to powerlifting, let's work together to be stronger than yesterday!
