Trainer
Trey has been apart of our Anytime Fitness Family since 2016 when he was Fitness Manager Jen's client. He has been lifting for 8 years and enjoys incorporating Bodybuilding and Powerlifting movements. Trey enjoys watching anime and playing with his dog Teddy. If he had to eat one food for the rest of his life he would pick tacos!

Sandra has been running and exercising for as long as she can remember. She received her bachelor’s in Physical Education in 2000 and followed up with her Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy in 2006. Sandra has been active in the fitness industry for over 14 years and has been training with her NASM certification with us since 2011! Sandra certifications include 200 hours in each Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga. She loves to run outdoors and enjoys being with nature whether it be yoga, swimming, or biking. Her favorite drink is black coffee.
Fun Fact: Sandra likes to talk to herself pretty much all the time and during any activity, she's doing!

Aaron joined our Anytime Fitness family in 2025 but started his fitness journey in 2008 as a youngster participating in various sports. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology in 2016, became certified as a NASM-CPT in 2018, and received his Precision Nutrition certification in 2021. To stay active, Aaron coaches high school football, weight trains, and participates in recreation basketball and flag football!
Fun Fact: I love grilling all my foods, while listening to 80's music!

Kevin started his fitness journey in 2014 and joined our Anytime family in 2015. He has been training clients with his NASM CPT and Performance Enhancement certifications since 2015! To stay active, Kevin enjoys Bodybuilding and Mixed Martial Arts. He enjoys watching Anime and long walks on the beach by the sunset.
Kevin's favorite foods include anything his mom cooks.
Fun Fact: Kevin likes collecting antiques. Ask him to go Antiquing next time you see him!

Trainer
KP started his fitness journey in 2012 and joined our Anytime family in June of 2016. He has been training clients with his NASM CPT and Performance Enhancement certifications since 2016! He has trained clients ranging from age 12-90. To stay active, KP plays with various DVM flag football leagues. He is a huge cinema fanatic and enjoys seeing movies in theaters as often as he can!
KP's favorite foods include a custom Dominican dish his mom makes for his birthday and chicken nuggets.
Fun Fact: He is a cat whisperer and his cat Domino understands English and Spanish!

Mike started his fitness journey in 2013 losing 60 lbs. He joined
our family as a NASM certified gymtern back in 2023 where we
decided we had to keep him full time! He loves to travel, is an
outdoor enthusiast, loves hiking, running, and the great
outdoors. Mike loves to play basketball and still has hoop
dreams! He is also a curry goat and jerk chicken connoisseur
Fun fact: He is Jamaican and Bob Marley is his favorite artist.

Brett Bagshaw grew up in the DC area with a fondness and talent for swimming. She swam in college at Villanova University, but after college, she gravitated toward the running/biking/triathlon scene. As indoor cycling became popular, Brett got her certification and has been teaching at area gyms for 15 years. Brett’s spin classes are lots of fun and never fail to provide a great workout. Her classes are focused and challenging, with goals appropriate for both the beginner and the elite athlete. Job 1 is to have fun! In her spare time, Brett enjoys doing anything outdoors with her husband and 5 boys. She loves skiing on water and snow, hiking and mountain biking. She also works as an RN at Children’s National Medical Center. Her favorite food is Kale salad - no joke. Fun fact - She celebrated her 50th birthday with a sunrise hike on Old Rag mountain in Virginia.

Tess has been in the fitness industry for over 7 years, primarily as a spin instructor! After graduating from Clemson University , where she played club soccer, Tess began taking and teaching spin classes, earning her Spinning Certificate with Mad Dogg Athletics in 2015. More recently, she earned her Group Fitness Training certificate with AFAA during the pandemic and began teaching Total Body Fitness as well! Tess stays active at the gym, at home with her two little ones, on the soccer field, and on the Latin dance floor. Her favorite food is bread, croissants, bagettes, a homemade loaf, or anything fresh out of the oven. Fun Fact: She got her appendix removed while in Ecuador on vacation!

Susan has been in the fitness industry for over 9 years. She holds certifications in Group Fitness, Barre, Pilates, and Senior Fitness. Her favorite ways to stay active outside of the gym are by hiking in nature and visiting our national parks. While Susan loves all kinds of food, her favorite includes roasted veggies!
Fun Fact: Susan used to be a semi-professional Ballet dancer!

Ashlea Gray completed her 500-hour teacher training in the Sivananda style of Yoga in 2009 after many years of dedicated personal practice. For her first 3 years of teaching, Ashlea co-ran a co-op yoga studio in Ohio. In class she focuses on the practice of mindfulness, settling into each asana, and leaving the mat with renewed spirit. Ashlea is also a mother, wife, music teacher, and accomplished cyclist

Marquette has been a yoga instructor for over 4 years but she has been interested in wellness and fitness her entire life as she grew up playing sports. Marquette loves making sure that she is active everyday. Her favorite fitness activities are weight lifting, running, cycling, walking her dog, mowing her lawn, and of course yoga. Marquette loves salad and makes sure to have a huge one everyday loaded up with different veggies and grains. Her favorite treat is Swedish fish or gummy candy.
Fun fact: She was voted best dressed in high school and loves to remind her four kids of that when they ignore her fashion advice.
Rachel

Rachel has always found joy in a wide variety of sports and physical activity. In college, she played rugby and captained her team. She soon became interested in yoga for its healing properties as a complement to rugby. Seeking new challenges, Rachel took on triathlons and, to date, has completed over 100 races ranging from sprint distance to 70.3 Ironman events. Eager to help others find the same joy in fitness, she became a certified indoor cycling instructor with AFAA in 2023 and a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance in 2024. Whether teaching spin or yoga, Rachel wants to help you meet your fitness goals so you can feel stronger, more vibrant, and more connected. Outside of the gym, Rachel loves rock climbing, paddleboarding, gardening, and art. She could eat sushi every day. Fun fact: she once had a pet tree frog that she found in an orchid she had brought home from a road trip to Florida.

Denise has always been interested in physical fitness, mental health, meditation, and a holistic healthy lifestyle. She loves all yoga, ranging from yin to aerial to vinyasa flow, and she became a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor in 2024 after completing ExtendYoga’s Yoga Teacher Training program. Denise loves teaching and sharing yoga with others of all levels, but her true passion is to help facilitate that mind/body/breath connection for beginner students. In her free time, Denise likes hiking the local trails, reading, getting artsy-craftsy and going to see live music.

A lifelong athlete, Dave discovered the transformative power of yoga in 2013. His classes incorporate an energetic pace and flow designed to build both functional strength and balance. He is RYT-200 certified with Yoga Alliance and is currently working towards his 500-hour certification. Dave's favorite ways to get active include hiking, biking, and of course, yoga. His favorite food is Chocolate Lava Cake! Fun fact: Dave had an acting role in the movie "The Exorcist."

Heather has been a Massage Therapist for 10 years with training in multiple modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Trigger Point and more. After joining AF Kensington in 2018 she decided to broaden her fitness knowledge by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer in 2019 and a Corrective Exercise Specialist in 2020. Her hobbies include baking, gardening and embarrassing her children. Her least favorite thing to do is laundry!
Fun fact: She has 7 tattoos and counting!

Jen started her fitness journey in 2012 and joined our Anytime family in September of 2016. She has been training clients with her NASM certification since 2013 and has had a blast learning along the way! Two of her favorite ways to stay active are through powerlifting and bodybuilding movements. Jen also has 14 years of experience teaching dance which includes Musical Theater, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, and Contemporary. Her favorite foods include Baked Bear and Pineapple.
Fun Fact: Jen is Hawaiian! Ask her what her middle name is next time you see her.

Lee has been in the Fitness Industry for 6 years.
He is currently certified as a Personal Trainer through ACSM and is working on his Exercise Physiologist Certification through ACSM as well. Lee enjoys lifting weights and hiking as a way to stay healthy and active! Lee would never cheat on his diet EVER, but if he did it would be with Jack, Johnny, Jose, and Jim. And with BBQ, Brisket in particular.
