This is Chris, a Group Fitness Instructor since 2021 when he got his certification with NETA. Chris has a passion with fitness and having fun while getting in a workout. He enjoy's running and obstacle courses the most. Outside of fitness, he is a gamer, Cooperative RPGs being his favorite.

Meet Kerry, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She specializes in functional training and bodybuilding. Kerry's training focuses on weight loss, rehabilitation to recovery, and aging with strength and vitality. She has a passion to live life to the best quality attainable, even when that seems impossible.  Start your first training session with Kerry today!

Trainer
This is Karen and she has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Karen is a Certified Personal Trainer (NETA) and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE). She began teaching fitness classes after graduating college but took a break while having 3 kids. Once they were old enough, her love for teaching resumed and she obtained 5 Les Mills Certifications as well as indoor cycling, kettlebells, total body strength conditioning, and weight training certifications. In addition, she is also a TRX Level 1 Qualified Trainer. Karen loves what group fitness brings to people and how our members continue to uplift each other to become the best versions of themselves. While continuing to stay active, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family in her downtime.

Tina is a wife, mom, Senior Associate of Finance/Owner of her family owned business. Tina's passion for instructing group fitness began in 2011. Tina has always loved motivating her members to challenge themselves, step out of their comfort zones and just have FUN!! Tina has excelled her fitness training with running Spartan Races. Spartan Races are a series of obstacle races of varying distance and difficulty ranging from 3 miles to half marathon distances. She is currently certified in Les Mills BodyPump, BodyJam, Barre Intensity & Intensity.

Trainer
Marsha is a Personal Trainer who strives to help others reach their goals through fitness. She focuses on core, cardio, and strength that will benefit people's daily lives. Marsha has been a runner since she was thirteen and has ran 3 marathons, Tough Mudders, and multiple 5k’s and 10k’s. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2001 with a degree in Kinesiology and has been training through NASM since 2017. While being a trainer and Physical Therapy Tech, she is going to school in plans to achieve a Radiography certification. Marsha has 3 kids, and enjoys walking her dogs, doing yard work, playing sports, tacos, and watching the 49ers and Texas Rangers! Her philosophy... work out hard, so you can eat what you want. Life is too short, live it! Happy, healthy, and strong!
