Over 25 Years experience as a Personal and Small Group Trainer. Certified by AFAA and is also a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Specialties include Kettlebells, functional and core training, Sports specific conditioning, Women's fitness including Pre and Post Natal, and post surgical/illness rehabilitative exercise.

Anna has 20 years of dance experience and loves to make people smile! She has a lot of fun helping the elderly population live a happier life by growing Muscle, Balance, and Community. Getting clients closer to their health goals and maintain a positive mental attitude is her specialty!

Ramirez
Trainer
Rachele is certified through the National Academt of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has also obtained her certification in Corrective Exercise and is currently working on becoming a Nutrion Coach. She enjoys using all styles of training, using various techniques, and working in all planes of motion to help each client reach and exceed their fitness goals.

Nicole is a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and Nutrition Coach through NASM. With over 8 years experience in coaching basketball and softball, she brings a strong background in athletics and motivation to her training approach. Nicole's personal journey through recovery from an eating disorder inspired her to take her own fitness and health to the next level. Today she's passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and a healthy mindset both in and out of the gym!

He himself lost 100 lbs on his journey from being de-conditioned to supremely fit and becoming a fitness professional. Specializations include: Strength & Conditioning (at all levels of fitness,) Weight Loss, Athletic Training (sport specific) Bodybuilding, functional and mobility training, lifestyle transformation, Injury/movement rehab (post PT,) HIRT (high intensity resistance training) & HIIT (high intensity interval training)
