No matter what your age is or what physical challenges you may have – come join us on a journey to good health! We are here for you! My certifications include: AFAA Group Exercise, Personal Trainer, SilverSneakers Program Champion, and Pilates. I am AHS CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid certified.
