She leverages her credentials as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Nutrition Coach, and NASM Behavior Change Specialist to provide comprehensive support. Key specialties: Corrective Exercise, TRX, Boxing, Flexibility, and Senior Fitness.

Having moved here from Germany where I was active in volleyball, gymnastics and ballet, I decided to turn my passion for fitness into a full time career in '07. Starting with Group Fitness and adding Personal Training shortly after. I became a co-owner of a local crossfit gym in 2010. The functional approach of fitness made a lot of sense to me. In 2013, together with my long time friend Jim Stewart, I became co-owner and the general manager of Anytime Fitness Fort Myers. I couldn’t think of a better place to be.

Raised in Aurora, OH, attended the University of Findlay in OH, and then joined the OH Air Nat. Guard. Shortly after I joined Ford Motor Company, working in sales and marketing. In '91 I purchased Marketing Associates LLC, in Detroit, MI. Moving to Ft. Myers, FL in '06. Since then I started an insurance agency with Sam Bahrs. I bought into a cosmetology school in N Fort Myers and became a certified Life Coach. I have been a member of the Ft. Myers Anytime since '09 and am happy to have had the opportunity in '13 to purchase the gym with business and fitness professional, Cordula Reichardt
