Growing up, I was very active during my childhood, and always involved in sports. I had no idea about being fit, or the importance of nutrition. Eating candy and ramen noodles was the main source of my diet. I topped it off by drinking tons of soda. I lost all confidence in myself because I became chubby and unhealthy. I ended up quitting sports all together. It wasn't until September 2013 when I decided to make a change and became the manager of Anytime Fitness. I started exercising and eating better. Ever since then, I've been motivated to a whole new level. I've accomplished goals I never thought were possible. I really enjoy helping members gain their confidence and achieve their goals. At Anytime Fitness, we strive to have a fun, less intimidating, family vibe. Come check out the gym, and let me help you get started on your fitness journey. I look forward to showing you around, and can't wait to get you setup with one of our awesome trainers!
