I have been a group exercise instructor since 1998. I’ve been certified with AFAA on Group Exercise, Aerobic, Mat Science I, II, Pilates, Kickboxing and Silver Sneakers.
My 7:00 AM classes have been running since Tarpon Springs Anytime Fitness opened in 2008. I have changed and adapted to make them better and more targeted to what we need as new research on fitness comes in. Many of my regular participants have been with me since the beginning and we have become a family. We have fun and we support each other.
The class schedule has many different classes you can try and they are balanced in a way that you can participate all 5 days of the week.They are open to all fitness levels. As long as you adapt and work at your own pace, there is no pressure. My philosophy about exercise is to feel better, stronger and having fun in the process!

I’m originally from New Jersey, but have lived in Tarpon Springs for the past 15 years. I became a certified spin instructor in 2009 and am committed to living healthy. This includes a balanced lifestyle which focusses on body, mind, and spirit. Keeping fit is not only good for your health, but anempowering experience for all. I love to witness people do things they think they couldn’t and achieve their fitness goals. If you have never done indoor cycling, come check it out; it’s a great cross train! My specialty is to teach people proper technique and make you feel comfortable. I am excited to be part of the Anytime Fitness team.

Cindy began her yoga journey when she was young – joining her mom as they practiced in their living room watching Lillias Folen on the local PBS station. She kept up with her own practice all the way through high school and several years after that. Life and work took over for a long time when she realized that her passions were calling her back.
Starting with a certification for personal training from World Fitness Association in 2015, she then received her 300 Hour RYT Yoga Instructor Certification in 2016.
In 2017 she added a certification in Bohdi 4 point suspension from Balanced Body, and
in 2018 completed certifications in Pilates Chair & Pilates Mat 1.
Cindy is so excited to be part of the team and hopes everyone will come take her classes!

I was born and grew up in Akron, Ohio. In 2014 I had a job opportunity in Florida, so I packed up and ended up in Palm Harbor. I decided to retired in May, 2022, however, after a few months I decided I needed to do something part-time. Anytime fitness was a great fit for me. I really started to get serious about fitness in 2009. I loved and stuck with it until I came to Florida. when I first got here I tried different fitness options until I found a good fit for me. I am a very competitive person with myself! I have high expectations and need goals to keep me motivated. I decided to sign up for an NPC figure competition in 2017. I have ran many 5k, 10k, halves, three marathons and several bodybuilding figure and bikini competitions. Outside of fitness, I love to travel, ride my motorcycle and anything to do with the beach/ocean!

Fitness has been a huge part of my life as long as I can remember. I was a professional wire walker and trained in Ballet from five to fifteen years old. Teaching aerobics and running was all I knew until I sustained a back injury in my forties. This changed my focus to strength training. After a few years I transitioned to a more functional style of body building after I turned fifty. I know how frustrating and intimidating some gym experiences can be, so I love helping people overcome their fears and coaching them to their strongest, most confident selves! I am a NASM certified trainer and mobility specialist. I am also a nutritionist and I love teaching Spin as well. Competing in body building over 50 is my passion and I take a holistic approach to training and lifestyle. I’m a mom to three grown children and I call Tarpon Springs home.

I always had an unyielding passion for fitness and sports, which began at an early age. Growing up, I enjoyed in a variety of athletic activities. These years, filled with games and friendly competition, instilled in me a deep appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and the joy of staying active. As I transitioned into high school, my athletic pursuits expanded until injuries ultimately deterred me from playing the sports I loved. Aimless I started to pack on the pounds and at my heaviest was over 300 pounds, seeing the road I was headed down I did make a change for the better and over the course of several years and lots of trial and error I retrained my body and mind physically, mentally, and emotionally and have since maintained a healthy weight. I enjoy helping people and being positive to all those I come across. I enjoy making connections with people and helping them reach their potential and pushing them to be the best version of themselves.

I’ve lived in Florida for 10+ years, and I am a NCEP-Certified Personal Trainer, who wants to help others achieve their goals.
My fitness journey began in the early start of 2024 after losing my mom to heart disease. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life trying many different diets that did not produce long term results. I was very overweight and lacked self-esteem and confidence all while struggling to perform the simplest task like getting in and out of the car or bed and doing activities with my kids. Since starting my journey, I’ve lost over 100lbs and I am much stronger. Focusing on my health through fitness has given me purpose, helped me get in shape and transformed my life physically, emotionally and mentally. My mission is to share my knowledge and help others reach their goals and lead healthier, and more active fulfilling lives.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy kayaking, bowling and spending quality time with my kids.

I grew up in North Florida and made the move to this wonderful area in 2018. With several years of experience as an office assistant, I was on the lookout for a healthier and more fulfilling environment. In 2024, I took the leap and became a part of the Anytime Fitness family.

Being part of this incredible community inspires me every day, and I love contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere. I was originally born in California but grew up in Palm Harbor, FL. My athletic background began with riding horses since the age of four, and competing in show jumping since the age of 8. I was in a car accident in 2012, and I sustained two bulging discs in my thoracic and a herniated disc in my cervical spine. This led me to years of pt, neck surgery and Doctors who insisted that being medicated was the only help for me. Working out and being active is an outlet that has helped my mental and physical health, which I believe intertwine together. I became primarily pain free and strong again by incorporating strength training, mobility, yoga and eating a nutritional and anti inflammatory diet.
My ultimate goal is to help people achieve their health and fitness goals, ultimately making a difference in people’s lives.
I currently hold my NCEP-CPT AND CF-OL1. Specializing in corrective exercise and athletic strength and conditioning.
