Matthew, a former college basketball player and Marine Corps veteran. Growing up, I wasn’t into weight training, but after basketball and during my time in the military, I developed a real passion for it. That’s where I learned how to build strength, stay consistent, and train with purpose. Now I use that experience to help others reach their goals, whether it’s getting stronger, improving performance, or building confidence. I focus on effective training built for measurable progress that you can keep building on.

Spencer was always active growing up, but constantly underweight. This fueled his fitness journey in July of 2013 and he never looked back. With a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Quinnipiac University, a personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a passion for fitness and helping people, he is ready to inspire and help you become the best version of yourself!

Coach Carol has over 10 years of nutrition and training expertise. With her holistic approach towards health and wellness, you’ll experience individualistic care and attention with her coaching style. Her specialty in women’s health and wellness addresses the underserved pre/post natal and peri/post-menopausal population. In addition to being a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, and Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she also holds certifications in TRX, Boxing, a Purple belt in Krav Maga, and placed 5th in her first Bikini Competition at age 45. This Mom of 2 loves spending time relaxing with her cat, and playing music in a rock cover band.

My fitness journey began in 2014, when I realized it was time to make a change and start feeling better about myself. With the support of dedicated coaches, along with my family and friends, I was able to reach my goal weight. Along the way, I discovered a genuine passion for fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In February 2026, I joined Anytime Fitness, where I quickly fell in love with the supportive atmosphere and strong sense of community. That experience inspired me to help others feel the same encouragement and confidence I found on my own journey. I truly believe that being part of a positive, motivating community makes all the difference when it comes to your health and well-being—and I’m passionate about helping others find that for themselves.

I joined the Anytime Fitness team after having been a long-term member. My coaches supported, encouraged, guided, and challenged me throughout my weight loss and fitness journey. This fueled my fervor for fitness, and I hope to pay it forward by supporting the members of our fitness community in accomplishing their fitness goals. With a background in client service and operations, I have always been passionate about helping people and seeing projects to success. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, the beach, live music, and creating healthier versions of some of my favorite recipes for my family.
