You'll find him tending to a variety of upkeep needs when he's at work all the while engaging our members and helping those who walk in the front door. On his off-time Chris enjoys lifting weights, honing his skills in archery and following daily economics.

    Meet Dave, General Manager at Conifer Anytime Fitness. Dave has been in the gym management business for over 25 years and has managed the Conifer Club for nearly 10! When Dave isn't at the gym he is living out his passion for mountain biking with all of his friends.

    Michele is our Coaching Director. She has been in the fitness industry for 30 years! Michele is the Founder of Syner-G Coaching that encompasses all our Private and Small Group Coaching protocols. She has personally worked with a variety of people of all age groups and fitness levels from post surgery rehab clients to high level athletes. Other than being a fitness enthusiast both inside the gym and outdoors, Michele is a beach girl, a writer, loves to dance and sing and spend time with her grandbabies!
