    I am a native of Schulenburg, and I absolutely love small town living. I am married, and my husband and I have two teenaged children. In September of 2019 I realized that I needed to make a major lifestyle change, and I became a member of Anytime Fitness. In October of 2021, I transitioned from reactive healthcare as a nurse of over 20 years, to proactive healthcare for our community! I absolutely love working at the very place that literally saved my life! I believe that with discipline and hard work you can achieve your goals. I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and love helping people see their full potential in any season of their life. I want to not only share my journey with others, but be an inspiration and encourage them that they too can succeed. The first step is the hardest, and I understand that.     I’ve been with Anytime Fitness for over seven years and currently oversee four clubs in Texas and one in Oklahoma. Over the years, I’ve served as a manager, personal and group coach, and now proudly serve as part owner. Originally from Early, Texas, I grew up playing sports year-round and have always lived an active lifestyle. I attended Angelo State University and later graduated from Howard Payne University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Exercise and Sports Science. During my time at Howard Payne, I was a four-year letterman on the football team. I’m a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and I bring an outgoing, upbeat, and energetic approach to everything I do. I genuinely love helping people improve their lives—whether that means crushing a workout or just having a good conversation. At Anytime Fitness, we’re here to elevate your life in every way we can. Let’s get better together!

    My passion for physical fitness began at a very young age. As a child, I found gymnastics as an effective outlet for my energy and fifteen years of training, competing and then coaching in this sport set a foundation to living and maintaining good health and fitness. My interests in sports led me to earn a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas in 2003, and then to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in 2010. As a mother to three little girls, I am even more motivated to take care of myself and model a life centered around being healthy. My goal is to motivate and enrich the lives of others with the education and passion that I have for physical fitness. I am so excited to be a part of Anytime Fitness and hope to continue being an advocate of health and fitness in this community.
